The house is very tastefully renovated and furnished. It has a beautiful pool and views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach in Calpe, symbol of the Costa Blanca. The pool terrace invites you to sunbathe. The garden is Mediterranean.
With two comfortable and cosy double rooms with plenty of natural light and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The house has a bathroom, located near the bedrooms and easily accessible, and an additional toilet.
The modern kitchen with American bar offers a great place to enjoy your breakfast or drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, so you can easily prepare your favourite dishes.
The living room and dining room are open plan, offering a spacious and inviting area to relax.
The upper floor of this villa, which can be reached by 3 flights of stairs, is rented. The basement is not rented and remains closed.

Dream vacation
We have been very satisfied as a family with two children in this house. The condition of the house as well as the cleanliness were excellent. The furnishings are also very good. Nothing is missing. Whether kitchen or bathroom, etc., everything you need is available. The on-site support and the Wichmann office are also very good. There is always someone available for questions. The location is very convenient. Not far from all possible beaches, exactly in the middle between Valencia and Alicante, everything is super accessible. Supermarkets at a short distance. All in all, a great vacation. We would come back anytime.

Beautiful Mediterranean finca
We spent two weeks here as a family. It was wonderful. The apartment has everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is very well and modernly equipped. The cleanliness of the finca and the entire property is particularly noteworthy. You have a great panoramic view, but one must be aware that you have to climb many stairs, which is absolutely worth it. We will come back! Best regards, the Hirth family from Gaggenau.

great vacation
A wonderful quiet place with good connections to beaches, shopping opportunities, and restaurants. The house is on the slope with a great view, relaxed neighbors, and excellent amenities. We arrived as a family of four and were welcomed warmly and lovingly.

Highly recommended!
Both the service and the facilities were great! You can't complain at all! However, there are some steps to climb to the accommodation, this should be clear beforehand. Otherwise, really nothing to complain about, the contact person was always available and the accommodation very clean! We felt comfortable right away.
