As long as possible, I will keep booking this apartment again and again.

Very nice small apartment for 2 adults + child in a crib. Very well equipped and furnished, kitchen and bathroom new. Very close to the promenade and beach. In summer it can get warm (top floor). Bicycle parking only outdoors at the bike rack, bicycle cellar hopelessly overcrowded and difficult to access via a narrow, steep staircase.

Bicycle cellar completely overcrowded like last year. In case of complaints, according to the information in the apartment, the rental agency is responsible. In one matter, the caretaker came and informed us that the rental agency is supposedly not responsible. Nothing was resolved then.

No indications of where to dispose of the trash. In the bike cellar, there are bicycles that have not been moved for 2 years, which creates no parking space for our bicycles. Last night, the display of my e-bike was stolen right in front of the door.
