Luxurious and high-to-end furnished Villa Admira Maria offers spectacular sea and island views where you can witness the most beautiful sunsets from the private 27sqm infinity pool. Organized on 3 levels, it offers 4 en-suite bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 8+2 people, a fitness room with a kitchenette and a terrace with amazing sea views, an opened-plan living area with a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ, a lounge corner and deck chairs for 10 people.
Located in a very quiet area of Stanići village above the coastal road, you are a short drive to get anywhere. Restaurants, bars, and nearest grocery stores are around 1 to 1,5km far, but the car is recommended because you are located above the coastal road. A small Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina River are 5km far from the property and there are many activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking, and cycling trails, water activities, and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town.
Villa Admira Maria is a private property located on a fenced private plot of 406 sqm and offers 270 sqm of a very stylish and comfortable interior. The parking for 4 cars is secured in front of the villa, and the car is recommended.

* The OUTDOOR is located at the lower ground floor level, and it offers: a private and heated, infinity swimming pool 9m x 3m, the water is with a no-Chlorine system, and it has a hydro massage. The sun deck area with 8 sun deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a covered lounge corner, and a covered dining area for 10 people with a barbecue (woods, charcoal) next to it. You can directly approach here from the living room and the kitchen
* The GROUND floor (pool level) offers a spacious and fully air-conditioned open-plan 58 sqm living/dining area. A living room with a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a Hi-Fi speaker, IPTV channels, an artificial fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay (a Microwave oven, a toaster, an Espresso capsule coffee maker, a blender, an induction hob, fridge with an ice maker...). Floor-to-ceiling glass doors ensure that no light is lost, making the living area more inviting. There is also a separate toilet next to the staircase.
* The FIRST floor is connected by an internal staircase and offers 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms as follows:
Bedroom NO1 (23,5sqm) with a king-size bed 180cmx210cm, A/C, a TV, and a sofa that can convert into a sleeping place for +2, en-suite bathroom (6 sqm) with a shower and a terrace with sea views and outdoor furniture.
Bedroom NO2 (15,5smq) with a king-size bed 180cmx210cm, A/C, a TV, en-suite bathroom (5 sqm) with a shower, and a terrace with sea views and outdoor furniture.
Bedroom NO3 (17 sqm) with two single beds 110cm x 210cm, A/C, a TV, en-suite bathroom (6 sqm) with a bathtub and a bidet, a terrace with sea views, and outdoor furniture. There is also a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities.
* The SECOND floor (the parking level) is connected by the internal staircase and offers a Fitness room (27sqm) with a treadmill and a rowing machine, an air conditioner, a kitchenette, a shower, a separate toilette, and a terrace with 2 deck chairs and a dining table, positioned at the highest floor it makes this area the best choice for the unforgettable sunsets with a glass of vine. There is also a Bedroom NO4 on this floor, 16sqm bedroom with a king-size bed 180cm x 210cm, A/C, a TV, en-suite bathroom (6,3sqm) with a shower, and a bidet. This bedroom also has an exit to a terrace with outdoor furniture.
You can visit the famous town Split which has a lot to offer, the old part and the Diocletian palace protected by UNESCO, it takes you approximately 35 min drive to get there, and it is worth it. You can also visit Makarska (25 min drive) or even the park of nature Biokovo which is above the town of Makarska. The beautiful beaches of Baška Voda are a 20 min drive but feel free to explore the crystal clear sea at Beach Tice 1,7km from the property.
