Geographically located on the north coast of Sardinia, more precisely in the middle of the coast between Santa Teresa di Gallura and Castelsardo, Costa Paradiso is a true "paradise" spanning about 800 hectares, most of which is designated as a nature park.
The charm of Costa Paradiso lies not only in its clean and exceptional sea but also in its wilderness, the dense forest with cork oaks, holm oaks, junipers, and red granite mountains shaped by the wind. Costa Paradiso is 35 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura and Castelsardo. It can be reached via the port and airport of Olbia, 75 km away, or through Alghero (Fertilia Airport) or Porto Torres, which is 80 km away. From Olbia, there are four ways to reach Costa Paradiso, and only one from Alghero or Porto Torres. This incredible place has a coastline of about 7 km with unique rock types and colors, characterized by a wide rocky coast that is interrupted by a series of beautiful coves, most of which can only be reached by sea or on foot via very picturesque paths. In one of these coves, we found "Li Cossi" (known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe), which is accessible via a path. Costa Paradiso has all the necessary services for a comfortable stay, shopping centers, bars, shops, car rental services, restaurants, and hotels.
Additionally, there is a pharmacy and a 24-hour first-aid station.
At the only entrance to the park "Costa Paradiso," there is a checkpoint manned by a security guard 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The facility is managed by an organization founded by the owners, "the Community," which ensures the maintenance of the road network, water supply, sewage, etc. The facility was built with full respect for the exclusive natural environment. Costa Paradiso is an excellent place for diving with amazing sea depths. There is a modern and well-equipped 'Diving Centre' with qualified and experienced diving instructors. There is the possibility to rent equipment and also to dive at night.
The Costa Paradiso marina has two docks for small boats where maintenance work can be done. Boats can be rented.
The properties in Costa Paradiso blend into the natural environment. There are various types of properties such as one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and villas with swimming pools and common areas.
In terms of location and design, i.e., type of property and pricing, Costa Paradiso offers something for everyone. Size and architecture fulfill all needs. The houses are plastered with roughcast in the colors of the park, with walls fully clad in red granite from the region, with large terraces covered in terracotta, wooden porches, and granite floors.

On the first floor: living room with comfortable sofa and (satellite) TV; kitchen with induction cooktop, equipped with microwave oven, dishwasher, Bialetti or similar coffee maker; toaster, milk frother for preparing delicious cappuccinos. A few steps lead to the master bedroom and the bathroom with hydromassage. From the beautiful courtyard, which features a barbecue area, a sink, a section with a washing machine, an outdoor shower, and a hot tub, one enters the relaxation room: a space that can be used by all guests and is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a television with HDMI cable, to which you can connect your laptop to watch movies or cartoons for children. Adjacent to the relaxation room is the bathroom with wellness area and shower with bench for multiple people. The relaxation room can be converted into a double room if necessary, and guarantees privacy thanks to the blackout curtains.
A few steps from the courtyard lead to the upper floor, from which one can enjoy spectacular views and unique sunsets. Here there is: a small bedroom with two single beds, a double room, and a bathroom with a shower.
Bed linens and towels can be rented from the local check-in agency. A high chair and cot are available free of charge on request.
The operation of the hot tub is weather-dependent and seasonal.
Next to Villa Sirius is Villa Amalthea. Although they are close to each other, the two buildings guarantee guests privacy and relaxation. Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel 14 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund of the amount already paid. If cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded. Smoking is not allowed in the villa. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the courtyard.

Health and Safety:
The host applies thorough cleaning measures that include:
- The use of disinfectants for the structure and all frequently touched surfaces, such as kitchen countertops, switches, handles, and faucets. - All towels and linens are washed in hot water at a minimum of 60°C/140°F between stays.
- The facility follows the official hygiene standards and the national "Safe Reception" protocol.
- The villa remains vacant for at least one day to appropriately accommodate new guests.
- The villa is equipped with lighting for the various outdoor areas, the courtyard, the terrace, and the stairs. - The villa is equipped with fire extinguishers that comply with current safety regulations.
Payments:
Tourist tax, collected locally, 2 euros per person (children under 10 years are exempt).
Advance payment of 35% to confirm the booking. The remaining 65% is to be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.

wonderful vacation
A beautiful new house with all amenities and a view with sunsets that will take your breath away. The village of Costa Paradisl is very well connected and equipped with all amenities.
Special highlights of the house:

I would recommend the house more for couples or friends because of the stairs that are everywhere in Costa Rei, although we were also with 3 children and everything worked out wonderfully. However, a car is highly recommended.
Flávio, the owner, deserves a special mention as he responds very quickly and is very helpful.

When I first came to the Costa Paradiso in 1997, I fell in love with it. The crystal clear water, the secret coves, the contrast between red rock and green myrtle and the scent of summer in the air... wonderful and unforgettable impressions. As time went by, I developed the idea of buying a house with a magnificent sea view and enjoying a sunset aperitif from my terrace. So when I visited Villa Amalthea, I was immediately fascinated. The spectacular location, the wonderful view, the perfect layout of the indoor and outdoor spaces and the very high quality furnishings immediately captivated me and I hope that you feel the same way.
