Description

The holiday flat is located in an apartment building built in 1910, was renovated in 2015, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in the village centre. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. Available for shared use: sun lounger and courtyard.

Riccione. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed property, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Youth groups are not allowed. +++ ONLY SMALL PETS ALLOWED +++. Access is via a path (paved). Parking at 150 m and on request.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and safe. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to early September, heatable, 4 m x 8 m, 1.50 m deep).
