The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1980, was renovated in 2005, and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location.

Riccione. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Youth groups are not allowed. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking in a parking lot in the village (distance 300 m). Parking on request, subject to availability and for a fee.

Cot. TV reception is via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.
