The flat: One-room flat with 2-3 sleeping places, fully equipped. Bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room with balcony facing the sea with table chairs and deck chair, or with allotment, air conditioning, wi-fi and telephone.
Our guests also have a private parking space at their disposal.
Under hundred-year-old pine trees, there is a well-maintained garden with citrus trees, hibiscus, oleanders, bougainvilleas and other Mediterranean plants and flowers.

In the immediate vicinity of the complex there is a lively village square with a shopping centre, a bank, pizzerias and restaurants. Thanks to this strategic position in the middle of the Etruscan coast, you can make very interesting daily excursions to Florence, Pisa and Volterra, not forgetting Bolgheri and the wine route.
Here you can start your day on the beach, and then end it gloriously a few kilometres further inland on the soft hills of Tuscany. Indulge your palate with the culinary delights of the local cuisine, stroll through the little streets of the castle villages, or simply sample the great wines that have done this land honour in recent years.

The name Casa di Caccia, which means hunting lodge, comes from the old hunting lodge, which until the early 1970s was located in the middle of the pine forest, which was then a hunting ground. The tourist complex was founded in 1968 by a German couple who fell in love with Tuscany and were able to masterfully combine German quality with Tuscan style. Here you can still breathe such a cosy and homely atmosphere, even after handing over the reins to their first-born son. Our guests at that time were mostly German. From the 80s onwards, our facility became more and more known among Italians.
