Here you live within walking distance of the beaches down Kovik and Björkhaga on Gotland's sunny side. You have about three kilometers down to Klintehamn. Close to the popular beach Tofta! The house, which is 100m2, has a terrace on both sides of the house, which allows you to choose sun or shade most of the day. It is an open plan between the living room and the kitchen, which provides a pleasant social space. Two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two separate single beds. A spacious bathroom equipped with a shower and also a washing machine. In the house there is fiber with wi-fi connection 100/100. Västra Gotland offers a lot in addition to sun and swimming during the summer period. If you are interested in golf, you have 4 km to Visby Golf Club and you are no more than 30 km south of Visby with its beautiful ring wall. Regarding the location, one can only say that if you arrive at night at 11:00 PM in the rain and don't have a GPS, you won't find the house 😅. Otherwise, nothing negative can be said; it is absolutely clean and a spacious house with everything you need 😍. Only the few minutes mentioned in the description to the water turned out to be a bit longer than expected 🤔. We would love to go back again. Recommendations: Tofta Strand and Toftastrand House as a restaurant to eat well and relax!!!?

Plenty of space inside and out, top equipment, everything new, everything there, 3 furnished terraces. Recommendations: Due to the central location, trips in all directions on Gotland are recommended. At the tourist info in Visby, there is an excellent travel guide with 101 excursion destinations across the island (it's worth its 30 euros).
