Location of "Villa Leca":
Our beautiful holiday home is located in Kričina, a district of the historic small town of Bribir in the county of Primorsko-goranska, about 35km south of Rijeka.
The accommodation is really easily accessible by car. A well-developed village road leads from the main road (coastal road) via Birbir or Grižane into the mountainous hinterland of Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski to Kričina, in front of the impressive steep wall with the well-known viewpoints "Eyes of Vinodol" at about 300m above sea level. Even up here you already have a great view of the Kvarner Bay and the island of Krk.
Our strikingly sun-yellow house is really easy to find.

Family vacation
A very nice vacation in a spacious house that is very well equipped and maintained. From the pool to the sauna, an air conditioning, functioning Wi-Fi, sufficient dishes including a grill, everything is available.
The beach is about 15 minutes away by car. Away from public beaches, you can also quickly reach very quiet and less visited beaches.
All in all, especially recommended for large families.

Beautiful, relaxing short vacation
We (four couples) spent a wonderful extended weekend at Villa Leca.
The house is really absolutely great!
It is equipped with everything one could possibly need. In the kitchen, you will find not only enough dishes but also sharp knives and a versatile selection of kitchen utensils. Cooking in a group is really a lot of fun. Absolute highlights: the large refrigerator with ice maker, the fully automatic coffee machine, and the oversized television!
The entire house is very tastefully furnished and stylishly decorated.
We felt absolutely comfortable and at home here.
In the bedrooms, the mattresses are new and have a pleasant firmness. We slept really well on them.
Great for so many guests is the number of bathrooms.
The heated pool was also great - perfect for early June. No one had to struggle to get in, and everyone had a lot of fun. The sauna was extensively used, really highly recommended.
Regarding the location: The house is situated on a hill in a small village about 7 km from the sea (easily reachable in 10 minutes by car), nestled in the mountains with a great view of the mountains/cliff and the Kvarner Bay. We personally really liked the area. We visited various beaches and explored the surroundings. The hosts were always reachable, very helpful, and super nice. None of our wishes went unfulfilled.
Upon our arrival, there was a full fruit basket, snacks, and drinks, and even a farewell gift upon departure. We have never experienced that anywhere before.
All in all, we had a really great time at Villa Leca, we have nothing to complain about and would come back anytime.
We recommend Villa Leca 100%.

Highly recommended – we were completely thrilled.
We booked Villa Leca with eight people in May 2026, and everything really went smoothly. The villa is beautiful, high-quality, and very modernly furnished – everything feels freshly renovated, extremely clean, and at the same time cozy. You feel comfortable right away.
I would also like to highlight the excellent communication with the caretaker: very quick responses, friendly, proactive, helpful, and perfectly present in just the right measure. That made the stay very pleasant. It was incredibly clean and tidy. Pure comfort.
All eight guests were thrilled – with the comfort, the amenities, the cleanliness, and the good vibes on site. I can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Leca.

Unique experience of the highest class
We, eight friends, had a wonderful extended weekend at Villa Leca.
What a large, beautiful, and comfortable house. Absolutely clean and tidy. It is equipped with everything imaginable that one could need. Super beautiful, stylish decor from the living room to the kitchen with dining area, as well as in the bedrooms. We immediately felt at home. Absolute luxury with 8 women: there were 5 bathrooms, so no one had to wait long. Special highlights included the fully automatic coffee machine and the ingenious refrigerator with ice cube dispenser.
The heated pool also invited us to linger, and the sauna rounded off the day perfectly.
The hosts were particularly friendly, always available, and very helpful. Upon our arrival, there were even guest gifts on the beautiful dining table. We felt more than welcome and would book Villa Leca again at any time. We can absolutely recommend Villa Leca; there was definitely nothing to criticize for us, it is simply a dream.
Thank you very much for the great time, which unfortunately was far too short!

Great holiday home with super amenities
The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired; everything has been thought of. You feel at home. The furnishings are very well thought out and lovingly decorated. The house is very spacious, and the en-suite bathrooms in each room are a great comfort, especially when traveling in a group.
There was nothing that was missing.
The hosts were super friendly and helpful and provided advice and assistance; a new glass bottle for the grill was promptly delivered. For the welcome, there was a basket of fresh fruit.
The cleanliness was exceptional.
An all-around great holiday home that we can only recommend.
