Description
With approx. 140 m² living space and approx. 1200m² plot + approx. 20,000m² lake area, the holiday home offers plenty of space to relax from the stresses and strains of everyday life. In the house there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and combined dining and living area.
Despite its secluded location - the nearest neighbour is a good 150m away - on the edge of a nature reserve, the town centre with all its nightlife and shopping facilities can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
The terraces are on three sides of the house, so that you can always sit in the sun. A small lakeside terrace invites you to enjoy a cosy breakfast.
On one of the terraces there is an outdoor barbecue to enjoy a meal together.
Sports activities are provided at the holiday home by a table tennis table, which can be folded out if necessary.
Furthermore, a large lawn invites you to play badminton. Rackets and balls are available. The surrounding area offers plenty of space and opportunities for long walks, Nordic walking, inline skating, cycling and sightseeing tours. Due to the central location, the North Sea and surrounding towns such as Emden, Aurich and Norden can be reached quickly.

If you are interested in horse riding, we can recommend the "Gut Haneburg" with Western riding within walking distance (approx. 20min). Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
You will receive a refund for the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the scheduled check-in by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). For cancellations made less than 4 days before check-in, you will receive a refund of 50% of the booking amount minus the price of the first night and the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is equal to the amount of the deposit.

Moin, we are 68 years old and have been active pensioners for 2 years. We have been running our holiday home since 2004 and can look back on a large number of regular guests.
