This charming villa offers the perfect base for a memorable holiday near the North Sea coast in Tversted. Just a short stroll brings you to the wide sandy beach, where morning walks along the shore and refreshing swims in the sea set the tone for your day. The villa itself is designed for family life, with an open-plan kitchen that seamlessly connects to the living and dining areas. The wood-burning stove creates a warm, inviting atmosphere in the evenings, while the cozy seating corner and TV offer the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The house has three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, providing restful nights and plenty of space for everyone. Large windows fill the home with natural light and invite views of the garden and surrounding greenery. Outside, the sunny garden is ideal for unwinding, reading a book, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal air. A garden grill allows you to savor meals outdoors, and the lawn and open spaces provide room for children to play or for everyone to gather for games and activities together. Though the villa feels private and tranquil, the village center is within easy reach, offering quaint shops, cafés, and local charm. Tversted’s combination of quiet coastal living and nearby amenities ensures you can enjoy both relaxation and convenience. Every corner of the property invites shared moments, whether it’s an evening by the fire, a sunny afternoon in the garden, or a spontaneous stroll to the beach. No rentals to youth groups are allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Not an ordinary summer house, but a real older village house, which is noticeably also enjoyed and maintained privately by its owner. One feels more like a guest than a tenant. Due to the November weather, I mainly used the fireplace from all the amenities. In summer, there is a beautiful garden with a garden house for cozy outdoor celebrations. Plenty of space in the house. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep, so they are not really recommended for small children or people with limited mobility, such as the elderly. And it would be helpful to leave notes on the location of the utility meters in the house folder.

The location of the house in the village is optimal. The discount market is only a 3-minute walk away. The beach is also not far. Quiet area. Beautiful garden with many seating options. Nice furnishings. Good layout of the rooms. Beds are comfortable. Toilet and sink also on the upper floor/sleeping area. / Unfortunately, the house was not clean upon arrival. It seemed to have only been roughly swept. Dishes, drawers, cutlery not clean. Probably just quickly rinsed by hand. In the dishwasher, bread crumbs and salad. Toilets, sinks, and mirrors not cleaned. There is a Senseo machine, but it looks very sticky and unappetizing. Unfortunately, there was no operating manual in the house at all. Only the password for the Wi-Fi was available. So, there was a washing machine in the basement, but it was not clear whether it could be used and how. The little house in the garden looks cozy, but we did not use it. Not even the huge gas grill. Since there were no instructions/guidelines for its use and the gas bottle was empty, we refrained from using it. / There is no German television. However, we did not miss it. / For electricity and water, we paid nearly 70,-€ for 5 people/2 weeks at the beginning of August. / It would be nice if there was a mandatory final cleaning like with other providers. This costs at least 157,-€. If this is also done, everything would be great. If the customer indicates they will do this themselves, it must be checked in any case. It’s no fun starting the vacation with cleaning!

We had a lovely time in this holiday home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great to have streaming services for our relaxation times. The area is quiet and makes it a perfect retreat.

What a fantastic place! The size of the house was impressive, and we loved having three bedrooms. It was perfect for our family vacation. The accommodation felt like a home away from home.
