This charming villa offers the perfect base for a memorable holiday near the North Sea coast in Tversted. No rentals to youth groups are allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Not an ordinary summer house, but a real older village house, which is noticeably also enjoyed and maintained privately by its owner. One feels more like a guest than a tenant. Due to the November weather, I mainly used the fireplace from all the amenities. In summer, there is a beautiful garden with a garden house for cozy outdoor celebrations. Plenty of space in the house. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep, so they are not really recommended for small children or people with limited mobility, such as the elderly. And it would be helpful to leave notes on the location of the utility meters in the house folder.

The location of the house in the village is optimal. The discount market is only a 3-minute walk away. The beach is also not far. Quiet area. Beautiful garden with many seating options. Nice furnishings. Good layout of the rooms. Beds are comfortable. Toilet and sink also on the upper floor/sleeping area. / Unfortunately, the house was not clean upon arrival. It seemed to have only been roughly swept. Dishes, drawers, cutlery not clean. Probably just quickly rinsed by hand. In the dishwasher, bread crumbs and salad. Toilets, sinks, and mirrors not cleaned. There is a Senseo machine, but it looks very sticky and unappetizing. Unfortunately, there was no operating manual in the house at all. Only the password for the Wi-Fi was available. So, there was a washing machine in the basement, but it was not clear whether it could be used and how. The little house in the garden looks cozy, but we did not use it. Not even the huge gas grill. Since there were no instructions/guidelines for its use and the gas bottle was empty, we refrained from using it. / There is no German television. However, we did not miss it. / For electricity and water, we paid nearly 70,-€ for 5 people/2 weeks at the beginning of August. / It would be nice if there was a mandatory final cleaning like with other providers. This costs at least 157,-€. If this is also done, everything would be great. If the customer indicates they will do this themselves, it must be checked in any case. It’s no fun starting the vacation with cleaning!

Lage des Hauses im Ort ist optimal. Spar-Markt ist fußläufig nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Ruhige Gegend. Schöner Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Schöne Einrichtung. Gute Aufteilung der Zimmer. Betten sind bequem. Toilette und Waschbecken auch in der oberen Etage/Schlafbereich. / Leider war das Haus bei Ankunft nicht sauber. Schien nur grob ausgefegt gewesen zu sein. Geschirr, Schubladen, Besteck nicht sauber. Vermutlich nur schnell von Hand abgespült. Im Geschirrspüler Brotkrümel und Salat. Toiletten, Waschbecken und Spiegel nicht gereinigt. Es gibt zwar eine Senseo Maschine, die aber sehr klebrig und unappetitlich wirkt. Leider gab es im Haus überhaupt keine Bedienungsanleitung . Lediglich das Passwort für das W-LAN war vorzufinden. So gab es unten im Keller zwar eine Waschmaschine, es war aber nicht ersichtlich, ob diese auch benutzt werden konnte und wie. Das Häuschen im Garten sieht gemütlich aus, wurde von uns allerdings nicht genutzt. Auch nicht der riesige Gasgrill. Da es auch hierfür keine Anleitung/ Hinweise für die Benutzung gab und die Gasflasche leer war, haben wir es unterlassen. / Es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehen. Haben wir allerdings auch nicht vermisst. / Für Strom und Wasser haben wir mit 5 Personen/ 2 Wochen Anfang August knapp 70,-¬ gezahlt. / Schön wäre es, wenn es wie bei anderen Anbietern eine obligatorische Endreinigung gibt. Diese kostet immerhin 157,-¬ . Wenn diese dann auch gemacht wird, wäre alles prima. Wenn der Kunde angibt diese selbst auszuführen, muss auf jeden Fall kontrolliert werden. Macht keinen Spaß den Urlaub mit Putzen zu starten! Empfehlungen: Tagesausflüge nach Skagen, Hirtshals, Aalborg bieten sich an. Fahrradtouren nach Skiveren ( hier kann man Minigolf auf dem Campingplatz spielen), nach Hirtshals, Skagen und Umgebung sind auf schönen Wegen gut machbar ( auch ohne E-Bike, wenn es nicht zu stürmisch ist). Schön sind Spaziergänge in der Tversted Klitplantage. / In Tversted bekommt man bei Spar alles, was man braucht. Preise sind OK. In den großen Supermärkten in den größeren Orten kauft man günstiger ein. Lidl gibt es mittlerweile in Hirtshals, Skagen, Hjörring. In Tversted bekommt man täglich frischen Fisch und Fischspezialitäten ( geräuchert u. eingelegt) im Fischhaus. Hier kann man auch sehr gut und lecker essen gehen. Die Portionen sind riesig. Preislich im Vergleich zu Skagen und Hirtshals günstiger. Legendär ist die blaue Eisbude an der Strandabfahrt. Hier empfiehlt es sich zum Sonnenuntergang einzutreffen. Mit einem Softeis noch schöner anzuschauen. Allerdings hat das Fischhaus ebenfalls eine Eisbude eröffnet. Hier gibt es ebenfalls leckeres Eis, auf Wunsch auch als Erdbeer- Vanille gestrudelt. Lecker!
