This bright apartment, renovated in 2023, is ideally located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained residence, just 200 meters from a small sandy cove. It offers stunning views of the harbor estuary and features two balconies: one facing inland for afternoon sun and one facing the sea to watch boats and tides. Inside, there’s a comfortable living area, two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. A private parking space and bike storage are included. A direct access leads from the residence to the harbor promenade with cafes, creperies, and restaurants. The large, beautiful Audierne/Esquibien beach is a short walk away. Numerous hiking trails follow the coast to the spectacular Pointe du Raz.

Comfortable apartment with everything you need! Beautiful view of the harbor from one balcony, the second balcony at the back is great for breakfast in the shade. Everything within walking distance, the town center with harbor and weekly market, in the other direction a wonderful sandy beach. Everything just as described. Very friendly hosts. Our new favorite expression: J'arrive!

This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The heating kept us cozy during the cooler evenings, and the garden furniture on the balcony was a nice addition to relax outside.

What a beautiful apartment! The views from the balconies are simply breathtaking, especially the one that faces the sea. I spent many evenings just watching the boats pass by. The kitchen was well equipped, which made meal preparation easier. Highly recommended!
