Description
On our country estate between Bad Bederkesa and Lamstedt in the Stinstedt municipality, Moorausmoor district, we offer a vacation apartment that was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2023.
The apartment features a combined living-bedroom, a kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small hallway. It is 40 m² in size, located on the 1st floor, and accessible via a staircase inside the house. The apartment has its own entrance door, but the staircase is shared. The privacy of both sides is guaranteed. The rooms of the holiday apartment can of course be locked.
The living-bedroom has a sofa bed with a lying surface of 1.40 x 2.00 m, which can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. For a third person, a foldable extra bed is available, which can be used as an armchair during the day. A Hauck travel cot for children is also available. The apartment is suitable for max. 3 adults or a small family. 3 adult persons or 2 adults with 1 to 2 children are accommodated.
We live here with our two horses and four cats and can therefore warmly welcome vacationers with horse(s). There are two stalls, which can also be joined into a communal stall, paddock spots, and a pasture available. Please inquire if interested.
Bringing a pet, especially a dog, is only possible after prior consultation due to our cats. You are welcome to relax and barbecue in the garden, and the conservatory can also be used for a cozy get-together.
If interested, an introduction to the art of archery can be provided.
There is ample parking space on the premises. There is no charging station for electric cars. There is also no disposal station for motorhomes available.

If you would like to travel by train, the nearest station is Hechthausen on the route from Hamburg to Cuxhaven. A pick-up can be organised from there. For pick-ups from other places, please ask us.

It's a pity that I only had three days.
I wanted to look around to find a place in a village that could please me as a residence forever. However, this requires more than just three days. In the beautiful, complete apartment, I lacked nothing. Only a can opener was missing. This problem can surely be solved. I wanted to be home before the Easter traffic. Otherwise, I would have liked to spend a few more days there. The personal contact and the beautiful atmosphere created by the horses cannot be offered by any hotel. If I come to the area again, I will ask at the Sieben Eichen Hof if I can stay there again. Then I will have more time.

Pure relaxation at the SiebenEichenHof
Dear Birgit, Dear Rainer,
we felt very comfortable and welcomed with you. Everything was as described and even better. The holiday apartment is in perfect order and very well equipped. The possibility of using the winter garden when the weather is not so nice is a big plus.

Pure relaxation at the Seven Oaks Farm
Dear Birgit, dear Rainer,
the days with you were really great and very relaxing. You could tell how much we enjoyed it by the fact that I spontaneously extended my stay for a few days. My Paula enjoyed the beautiful walks and I enjoyed the peace at your place. We also did a bit of "culture" in Cuxhaven, where you can also stroll and shop nicely.

Great holiday at the SiebenEichenHof
My 12-year-old son and I really enjoyed our vacation at Birgit & Rainer's. The service with the pick-up from the train station was already a great start. On the way back, we were able to do our grocery shopping.
As leisure activities on the farm, there was horse riding, archery, and my son was allowed to drive around on a small lawn tractor and set up a course with bowling pins. The surroundings are wonderfully suited for walking and cycling (bicycles are available). At Lake Stinstedter, you can observe many birds.
Together with our hosts, we made trips to Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven. So, you can also have a wonderful vacation there without a car.
We will definitely come back and can highly recommend the SiebenEichenHof.
