The general condition was quite good, we particularly liked the table tennis table and the proximity to the beach. The property is large enough for the children to play there. The location is nice and quiet, and the distance to the beach is very close. Recommendations: We were both at Legoland and in Fredericia at Madsby Legepark. The play park was really enjoyable for our children.

We really enjoyed our time here! The living room was bright and inviting, and we spent many evenings playing games. The sauna was a fantastic way to relax after a busy day. The location is quiet, yet close enough to explore local attractions.

The house makes a good impression and is well located near water. Beautiful sandy beach with shallow water. All kinds of appliances are available in the kitchen. Two modern bathrooms - double sinks would not be bad for a house for 10 people. The beds are comfortable, the closets in the bedrooms are quite small. Garden furniture/grills are partially dilapidated. A small welcome booklet with information about the house would be helpful (some things need to be searched for or do not explain themselves). Recommendations: The surrounding cities are definitely worth a visit. In Jelling, there is a Viking museum - very worth seeing!

Very nice house near the beach. Everything you need is there. We didn't use the sauna and whirlpool due to the good weather, but everything seemed well-maintained. The billiard table is unfortunately quite old and partially damaged. That definitely needs to be improved. Otherwise, it was a successful short vacation. There is a lot to discover in Fredericia, so it doesn't get boring. Recommendations: In Fredericia, there is a beautiful park where you can find many free activities for children (playgrounds, petting zoo, etc.). The city's ramparts are also worth a visit.

There is plenty of space both inside and outside, and it takes only 2 minutes to walk to the beach. Recommendations: Walk along the beach to the left. There is a great swing for children from about 5 years old and a little further a huge dune. / / Givskud Safari Zoo is highly recommended.
