I had the best vacation ever here. The house is beautiful and clean. Supplies to keep the house clean were also present! Agreements that were made were neatly followed. There were still some constructions going on, but I personally had little trouble with that. They stopped quite early in the day and, in my opinion, did not cause noise disturbance. We (and the children) slept in, so we also had no trouble with the pool boy; he came before 12:00 and therefore did not come in unexpectedly. It was also announced by the hostess that we could expect him. All in all, we had such a nice vacation that we hope to be able to come back here in the future!

We had a wonderful time at Belvilla! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The villa was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our family getaway. The only downside was that the WiFi sometimes worked a bit inconsistently, but honestly, who needs it when you have a pool? I will definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Belvilla by OYO Villa Ciudad Quesada! The villa was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything needed for a comfortable vacation. The private pool was a highlight for our family, and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day at the beach, which was a short drive away.

We had an amazing stay at Belvilla by OYO Villa Ciudad Quesada! The villa is spacious and beautifully furnished, perfect for our family getaway. The highlight was undoubtedly the private pool where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location is fantastic: just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar. We also loved the proximity to the La Marquesa golf course, which allowed for great days on the green. Overall, a perfect mix of relaxation and fun! I highly recommend

This place is truly a hidden gem. The kids loved the pool and we had a lot of fun visiting the nearby beach bars. The solarium was a great place to enjoy the sun in the afternoons. I can't wait to return next summer!

Opposite our house there were construction works taking place, which caused quite a bit of noise, which started early in the morning. We were not informed about this in advance, while the organization was aware of this (they said it would take another 2 years). When I communicated this, they said that they would consult with the owner to see if something was possible (we never heard anything about this again). The lights by the pool did not work, this would also be taken care of (never heard anything about this again). Finally, early in the morning people just walked into our garden to clean the pool or to start working with a leaf blower. We did not know anything about this, a bit strange. All in all there were some downers that affected our holiday.
