Description
La casa del Nonno is an outbuilding of the main villa in Provencal style, tucked away in the hills of the Marche region. The flat is part of a 9-hectare property cultivated with centuries-old olive trees and vines and is surrounded by a large garden, for the exclusive use of guests, full of Roman pines, cypresses and firs. The dependance consists of two comfortable rooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy yourself and a bathroom with shower and bidet.
La casa del Nonno is located in the municipality of Montefelcino, an ancient medieval feud famous for its Feudatory's Market, celebrated with the costumes of the time (from 15 July to 15 August). Thanks to its location in a nature reserve, it is not unusual to encounter roe deer and other small wild animals. Moreover, it is particularly suitable for visiting cities of art such as Urbino, Gubbio, and Assisi, as well as the more famous seaside resorts of Fano (20 km), Cattolica, and Rimini. Nearby you can find typical local trattorias and inns. The owner is in contact with local truffle hunters and can give you directions if you are interested

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
