Diese Wohnung ist in Küche und Wohn-Esszimmer gut ausgestattet, das Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen (der Einhänge und Verstell-Mechanismus der Dusch-Brause funktioniert nicht mehr wie er sollte). Durch das Öffnen der mittleren Spiegelschranktür ist uns das untere Türscharnier kaputt gegangen. Als wir das dem Hausmeister gemeldet haben, war die Beschaffung eines neuen Scharniers für Ihn kein Problem-wir hoffen, daß derSchaden behoben werden konnte. Ausserdem gibt es eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe im Außenbereich. Deswegen können wir die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

So far, so good. The sofa was very uncomfortable as the upholstery was already very worn out. The toilet tank in the bathroom was very loud since the bedroom is right next to it. Cleanliness also leaves a bit to be desired. It's good that you can use both a balcony and the garden.
