The standig individually holiday home, built in 1930 and renovated in 2010 is rustic, functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on a farm. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

Radicofani, 590 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 10000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives only temporarily. The access goes directly from the main road (rubble or gravel, length 20 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 4 cars) in the carport and on the property.
