The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2008 is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. Svoboda nad Úpou, 529 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 3600 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The cottage is located in a park in a quiet location. The center of the village is 150 m. There are many cycling and hiking trails. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 8 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).

Air conditioning / heating: central heating (gas). Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (heatable, 4 m x 8 m, depth 1,5 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to mid of September. Pool always depends on the weather.

Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower and WC.
Lower floor: Ski room (15 sqm, not heatable) with Washing machine.
1st floor: Bathroom with shower and WC.
Upper floor: Kitchen (10 sqm) with TV, dining area (10 seats), electric stove (induction cooker, 4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Anteroom (not heatable). 7 bedrooms each.

The central location, the pretty big house and huge property offer plenty of space for families with children.
However, we would have liked a more stable WiFi connection and strongly recommend adjusting the amount of crockery and cutlery to the maximum occupancy of the house.
We would have appreciated a little more wood for the campfire.
