Steinbach Family

Today I would like to share my experience with you regarding the above-mentioned holiday home. Let's start with the positive aspects: very nice communication, great view, and plenty of space available. The terrace was also a dream. Now to the negatives which unfortunately outweigh the positives: When we arrived, we were given a tour and some deficiencies were not mentioned to me, for example: Almost all doors and locks were broken, so you couldn't even lock the bathroom door. Unfortunately, my brother couldn't get out and was stuck inside for about 10 minutes until he finally managed to open the door. Then we wanted to try out the hot tub, but brown sludge came out! The whole room, as well as my body, smelled like manure! We pointed it out, and the response was: "I'm sorry, I don't know what the previous guests did there!" Sorry, but I make sure everything in the house works before advertising it and especially before renting it out to families. The price for the equipment, as well as so many things being broken and some work needing to be done on the house, is unfortunately not worth the price requested! And last but not least, the mattresses were partly very heavily stained! We were so disgusted, honestly, that was just too much! In the end, we were glad to leave again, we just found it very unfortunate that we had to check out by 10 o'clock since we paid for the day. But well now was an experience worth it but would not recommend it further.
For someone who has no demands and does not pay much attention to hygiene, unfortunately, this is not for us.

Sehr geehrte Frau Christine Steinbach,
danke ihnen für das Feedback auch wenn es in ihren Fall überwiegend
negativ ausfällt. Kurz aus meiner Sicht und als Ergänzung ihre Ankunft ca. 14Uhr Rundgang wie von ihnen erwähnt jedoch mit Ihren Bruder oder Schwager. Wie erwähnt habe ich die Tür angesprochen welche Klinke locker war.
Am selbigen Tag der Anreise hatte dann von ihrer Familie jemand bei mir angerufen und gefragt ob man dort von anderen Grundstück angeln darf. Wenn es sich um ein fremdes Grundstück handelt und der Eigentümer das nicht möchte ist das nicht möglich.
Nach 2 Tagen dann noch ein Anruf das der WLAN-Zugang nicht funktioniert und es im Haus rein regnen würde! Bin dann gegen Abend vorbei gekommen zum rein regnen das Dachfenster im Obergeschoss Badezimmer war nicht verschlossen sondern nur angelehnt aber gut kann passieren.
Zum WLAN hatten sie den Verstärker aus der Steckdose gezogen und einen von ihren mitgebrachten
2 Fernseher angeschlossen. Somit waren im Haus 3 Fernseher welches ja auch passt da sie ja 6 Erwachsene,4 Kinder und 2 Haustiere im Bulli und 2 PKW s angereist sind.
Zum Whirlpool konnte ich zu dem Zeitpunkt keine Angaben machen da mir das Problem nicht bekannt war. Welches aber nach ihrer Abreise sofort kontrolliert wurde habe aber noch kein Fehler gefunden, werde es aber weiter beobachten und auch die Nachmieter dazu befragen.
Jetzt noch zu der Matratze in der Galerie welches sie in ihrer Bewertung auf das ganze Haus ausdehnen die Matratze hatte ein Fleck und wird behoben. Jedoch haben alle Betten Nässeschutz und Matratzenschoner als zusätzliche Auflage da sich diese einfacher reinigen lassen diese sollte man dann auch darauf lassen.
Es ist Bedauerlich wie es gelaufen ist aber ich hatte auch das Gefühl bei dem Rundgang das
den ich einiges erklärt habe nicht auf Deutsch alles verstanden hat. Vielleicht wäre es besser gewesen wenn Sie Frau Steinbach mit mir den Rundgang gemacht hätten.
Zu guter Letzt sie haben nicht für den Abreisetag komplett bezahlt. Check In 16 Uhr Check Out
10 Uhr. Meine Erfahrung aus dieser Buchung ist folgende das wir es nicht geschafft haben mit 2 Personen das Haus bis 16 Uhr sauber zu kriegen und die Gäste noch gut eine halbe Stunde warten mussten. Wünsche Ihnen jedoch bei der nächsten Ferienhaus Auswahl viel Erfolg und alles Gute.

Highly recommended !

The holiday home is absolutely to be recommended, as it is directly at the small lake and you have all possibilities in the surroundings regarding excursions and bicycle tours. What we also liked very much was the large terrace, where you can have breakfast or barbecue not only in nice weather, because it is partly covered by the balcony. (Grill plate with wood storage, top)
It was very nice there and we will be back.

Extra class, we will gladly come again.

The house is very cosy, lovingly furnished and there is everything you need in the holiday home. Ideal for two or three generations, also for families with small children (high chair, cot with cot...). The property is ideal for dog owners as it is fenced in and for anglers there is a jetty with a rowing boat and canoe at the house. Beautiful large terrace with partial roofing through a balcony. Beautiful surroundings with many places to visit.

Beautiful but somewhat disappointed

We enjoyed the vacation there, but things that were advertised didn't work or were not present, for example, the whirlpool did not work, the climbing frame was missing, which made our children very sad. After all, we paid for that. The landlord quickly fixed the problem with the television, for which we were grateful. All in all, it was nice. I think a washing machine and dryer are missing, and many things in the house were broken; it needs renovation. We would prefer House 5, as it has everything a large family needs and is modernly furnished.

We spent a wonderful week here. The house is in a wonderfully quiet location directly on the lake.
The house and the garden are very clean and well maintained and the photos here really don't promise too much!
The contact and the booking in advance were very nice and uncomplicated. The house itself had everything you needed, even if the weather wasn't so good.

Pure relaxation

We would like to thank the Thys family very much
The house is huge and everything was very well maintained
Our two dogs were very welcome and could sunbathe on the large fenced terrace without us. The lake is really only a few metres away and the large wooden jetty is perfect for sunbathing.
Walk with the dogs directly around the lake
The facilities in the house are very generous. Shopping facilities are available in Twist, Emlichheim and a small Edeka shop is a 10-minute walk away.
If you are looking for relaxation, this is the place for you.
A nice holiday home that can always be recommended.

We enjoyed every minute.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

In advance - The contact with the landlord was very nice, uncomplicated and reliable!

The holiday home offers everything needed for a pleasant stay! The equipment is top-notch and the spatial layout is very pleasing! There are ramps leading to the front entrance and the garden, suitable for anything on wheels! The view of the quiet lake and the content looking ducks is incredibly relaxing. Also, a plunge into the cool water should not be missed in the summer :)
The surrounding area perfectly complements everything and offers more activities than can be completed in a weekend.

We would have loved to stay longer!

Unfortunately, very poorly maintained

We spent a weekend at the holiday home with 10 people. The house and the location were really cozy, but unfortunately everything was really dirty: the floor was sticky, the pans and the kitchen were in a bad condition. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work either.

The 75EUR final cleaning fee is really more than exaggerated!

Liebe Gäste, Frau Sch*** aus Hannover,
für Ihre Bewertung danke ich ihnen, leider war sie in diesen Fall negativ.
Kurz zum Ablauf damit sie für die Leser auch verständlich ist:
Sie haben das Ferienhaus für ein Wochenende mit 10 Personen und ein Kleinkind für 200 Euro
zzgl. Endreinigung 75 Euro (knapp 60 Cent/m²) gemietet.
Die Anreise erfolgte mit 3 PKW`s da ein Treffen unter ihren jungen Freundinnen aus verschiedenen Städten geplant war.
Am Anreisetag wurde ich dann wie vereinbart auf meine Mobil-Nr. 1 Stunde vor Ankunft informiert
das sie ankommen. Bei der Ankunft des 1 PKW in welchen sie Frau Sch*** leider nicht waren habe ich den Gästen dann das Haus gezeigt und gemeinsam die Zählerstände (Strom/Wasser) abgelesen und notiert.
Als ich dann die Anzahlung und die Restzahlung addierte fehlte leider die vollständige Kautionshöhe
von 150 Euro. Die Gäste aus den 1 PKW wussten hierüber jedoch nicht Bescheid und konnten sie scheinbar telefonisch nicht erreichen.
Da aber die Mietzahlung in Höhe von 200 Euro geleistet wurde habe ich den Vorschlag gemacht das der Verbrauch Strom/Wasser (40 Cent /kwh und 4 Euro m³ Wasser/Abwasser) bei Abreise im Haus hinterlegt wird.
Die Hinterlegung des von Ihnen richtig errechneten Betrages in Höhe von 33 Euro erfolgte jedoch nicht.
Stattdessen erhielt ich eine E-Mail nach Abreise, das sie nicht zufrieden waren und ein Betrag von 32 Euro erstattet haben möchten.
Zu der Bewertung: Die Pfannen und die Küche waren in einen schlechten Zustand die 2 Pfannen waren nach Kontrolle sauber und Funktionstüchtig eine mit hochwertiger Antihaftversiegelung und eine aus Edelstahl.
Zum Whirpool die Bedienungsanleitung lag im Badschrank worin zu erlesen war das ein Wasserstand mindestens bis zur Sitzfläche sein muss da vorher die Funktion nicht gegeben ist. Fussboden hat geklebt die Überdachte Terrasse im Erdgeschoß oder der Balkon im Obergeschoss beide bestehen
aus Holzdielen und sind beide im Außenbereich hierfür sind im Außenbereich und Innenbereich vor jeder Außentür Fußabtreter (Funktion: Schmutzfangmatte). Die Holzdielen wurden frisch geölt !
Zur ihrer Kenntnis: Wenn ihnen die Endreinigung von 75 Euro zu teuer ist halten sie 10 Euro für angebracht ( Strom/Wasser 33 Euro+ Rückforderung von 32 Euro).
Zum Schluss möchte ich jedoch bemerken das Windel nicht über den WC entsorgt werden sondern
über die Mülltonnen neben dem Haus.

Our stay with you was very relaxing.

From beginning to end, everything was perfect. We all felt very comfortable in your house. With the beautiful weather, we were able to take great walks with the dogs. Top accommodation!

We were at the house with 9 people for a bachelor party. Everything was great! The communication was quick, very friendly, and uncomplicated. The house has everything you need and some extras (CDs, DVDs, etc). The room layout is good. By car, we were quickly wherever we wanted to go. We would love to come back!
