Description
We would like to welcome you to our modern and exclusively furnished chalet/holiday home in Berg near Ravensburg, not far from Lake Constance. Beautifully situated in the hiking area of a lake district in the middle of nature, surrounded by forests and fields.
Here you can relax wonderfully, go cycling and make many great excursions in the surrounding area. The historic old town of Ravensburg is just 10 km away and the baroque town of Weingarten with its famous basilica is only 8 km away. Lake Constance is less than 30 km away. The cottage has about 50 square metres, a separate bedroom, a large combined living-bedroom with - discreetly separated by a counter - fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a rain shower, washing machine, washbasin and WC. The spacious terrace is covered, fully furnished, so that you can also comfortably eat and relax outside. A Weber grill is available for our guests on the terrace. Smoking is also allowed here.
Pets are allowed on request for an extra fee.
A lockable storage room is available on the ground floor for bicycles, prams, etc.
Electric cars can be charged at the holiday home's own wallbox at the current electricity price.
Parking spaces for 2-3 cars are available directly at the house.

We are idyllically situated in the countryside in a small village with only a few houses in the hiking area of a lake district. The nearest bathing lake, the Bibersee, is less than 3 km away and Lake Constance is about 30 minutes away by car (Friedrichshafen, Kressbronn, Langenargen). To Lindau or Überlingen it takes about 45 minutes.
For shopping there is a REWE in 4 km distance with generous opening hours from 7-22 o'clock. There are also 2 bakeries, butchers and a fresh produce counter and many regional products.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

-Price indicated is per night for 2 persons (short-term surcharges for bookings of less than 3 nights), each additional person over 2 years costs 15 €/night
- there is no visitor's tax
- Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, NOT in the house!
- Pets are allowed on request for 9 €/night (dog bed and bowl set are provided free of charge on request)
- A high chair is available free of charge for small children, a baby travel cot is available for a fee of 5 €/night
- We can arrange sightseeing flights in a small plane for you on request
- Horse riding is possible at the riding school a few hundred metres away (for a fee/contact can also be made in advance)
- 2 bicycles can be made available on request in advance for 10 €/day each
- Own wallbox for e-cars directly at the holiday home

We have designed and equipped it in such a way that we would feel very comfortable in it ourselves.
