We would like to warmly welcome you to our modern and exclusively furnished chalet/holiday home in Berg near Ravensburg, not far from Lake Constance. Beautifully located in the hiking area of a lake district amidst nature, surrounded by forests and fields. Here you can relax wonderfully, go cycling, and take many great excursions in the surrounding area. The historic old town of Ravensburg is just under 10 km away and the baroque town of Weingarten with the famous basilica is only 8 km away. Lake Constance is less than 30 km away. The little house has about 50 square meters, a separate bedroom, a large combined living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen - discreetly separated by a counter. The bedroom has a solid oak double bed with very comfortable mattresses and a comfortable corner sofa bed, which has a continuous lying surface of 140 x 220 and is equipped with a comfortable thick mattress topper; a wardrobe, a workspace, and a large smart LED TV are also available.
In the living room, a large lounge sofa (which can also be used as a sleeping place for 1-2 people with a comfortable topper – lying surface 160 x 210 cm) invites you to relax. There is also an LED TV here, books, board games, and excursion tips to browse.
The house has oak parquet flooring, underfloor heating, electric shutters, insect screens on the windows, Wi-Fi, dimmable lighting, and many other amenities to make you feel at home.
The bathroom has a rain shower, washing machine, sink, and toilet. The spacious terrace is covered and fully furnished, so you can comfortably eat and relax outside, and a swinging hanging chair invites you to unwind. A Weber grill is available for our guests on the terrace. Smoking is also permitted here.
Pets are allowed on request for an additional fee.
Electric cars can be charged at the holiday home's own wallbox at the current electricity price.
Parking spaces for 2-3 vehicles are available directly at the house.

Idyllically situated in greenery in a small village with only a few houses, we are located in the hiking area of a lake district. It is less than 2.5 km to the nearest swimming lake, the beautiful Bibersee with a large and partly shaded sunbathing lawn, and it takes about 30 minutes by car to Lake Constance (Friedrichshafen, Kressbronn, Langenargen). To Lindau or Überlingen it is about 45 minutes.
For shopping, there is a REWE 4 km away with generous opening hours from 7 am to 10 pm. There are also 2 bakeries with cafés here, a butcher with a fresh food counter, and many regional products.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

-Price indicated is per night for 2 persons (short-term surcharges for bookings of less than 3 nights), each additional person over 2 years costs 15 €/night

- Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, NOT in the house!
- Pets are allowed on request for 9 €/night (dog bed and bowl set are provided free of charge on request)
- A high chair is available free of charge for small children, a baby travel cot is available for a fee of 5 €/night
- We can arrange sightseeing flights in a small plane for you on request
- Horse riding is possible at the riding school a few hundred metres away (for a fee/contact can also be made in advance)
- 2 bicycles can be made available on request in advance for 10 €/day each
- Own wallbox for e-cars directly at the holiday home

We have designed and equipped it in such a way that we would feel very comfortable in it ourselves.
