One downside: a brochure is provided upon arrival to better understand the functioning of the villa and its surroundings, but it also mentions some limitations that may affect the stay. Part of the cleaning falls on the traveler, so the cleanliness of the outdoor furniture depends on that of the previous tenants. If you are respectful, you will spend more time paying attention to not getting dirty than enjoying the surroundings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
