This very quietly located great holiday flat "Altea Dreamview" with a fantastic view of the bay of Altea and the Mediterranean Sea can be rented for up to 4 people. The flat house Bernisol has its own swimming pool, which our guests usually have to themselves.
You have your own parking space and your own entrance, which you reach after a few steps.
This very nice flat is fully equipped and has a beautiful balcony terrace with southern exposure as well as with a breathtaking view. To the north, you can look out onto the mountains.
The flat has 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with hot/cold air conditioning) each with a double bed, 1 bathroom and living room (with hot/cold air conditioning) with an open kitchen. At the dining table you can also enjoy the unique view of the bay of Altea.
The flat is also equipped with a smart TV (IPTV) and very good Wi-Fi (300Mbit/s).
"Altea Dreamview" is perfect as a retreat to relax and enjoy, but at the same time it is a perfect starting point for adventurous excursions
The golf course can be reached in just under 5 minutes by car or in 20 minutes (1.6km) on foot.
The nearest beach is about 10 minutes away by car. Shops and restaurants in the village of Altea La Vella can be reached in just over 5 minutes by car.
The very beautiful town of Altea is about 12 minutes away by car.
Valencia airport is approx. 140km or 1 hour 20 minutes away by car.
The airport of Alicante is approx. 70km or approx. 45 minutes away by car.

The flat house Bernisol has two times 6 flats and is built on a slope on the border of Altea la vella and Altea Hills.
In the immediate vicinity there are mainly villas and fincas.
The golf course can be reached in just under 5 minutes by car or in 20 minutes (1.6km) on foot.
The beautiful town of Altea with its lovely old town, the very nice inhabitants and many great restaurants (Columbus, Diferens, Casa del Mar and many more) as well as a beach promenade, which invites you for a walk, can be reached in a few minutes by car. The restaurant-bar "See the Sea" in Albir is also highly recommended.
Supermarkets are located in the vicinity in Altea la vella as well as in Altea.
A petrol station is also in Altea la vella and can be reached in about 5 minutes.
From your accommodation Altea Dreamview you can start impressive excursions, e.g. to the waterfalls Fonts de l'Algar, to the Castell de Guadelest, to the Castell de Polop, to the adventure pool Aqualandia in Benidorm as well as to the beautiful beach of Villajoyosa. But there is much more to explore.

We, Anett and Thorsten, have been married for over 30 years, have three grown-up boys and two grandchildren. We have been travelling to the Altea region 2-3 times a year since 2014 and at some point decided to buy our own domicile. We have been looking for a long time to find something that we would like to use ourselves and with which we can also offer short-term renters a nice holiday time. So we finally found our flat "Altea Dreamview" in 2022. We already liked the fantastic view from the pictures, but also the large balcony terrace and the beautiful cut of the flat. And when we entered the flat for the first time, we were hooked. We would love to spend most of our time here ourselves - but we still have to work for a few years. We hope that every tenant will use the flat as carefully as if it were their own. This is the only way that everyone, including us, will feel comfortable in our flat "Altea Dreamview" now and in the future.
