The holiday apartment
is located on the first floor of our house. It has approx. 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms (the bedrooms can be darkened), bathroom and kitchen area. It offers space for a maximum of 4 people.
Unfortunately, the flat is not suitable for small children.
Room layout
-Living/bedroom approx. 20 sqm with comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and double bed (140cm). Large built-in cupboard.
-Daylight bathroom with whirlpool, shower, bidet and urinal. Hairdryer.
-Kitchen fully equipped with sink, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and extractor fan. Electric kettle, toaster.
-Dining room with dining area, sofa, flat screen TV.
-Bedroom with double bed (140cm) and flat screen TV. Wardrobe with enough storage space.
Smoking is not allowed in the house and on the whole property. Please no pets.
There is free parking on the road (30km zone).
Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 10:00.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in the Hamburg district of Neugraben.
Shops, restaurants, weekly market, indoor swimming pool and the S-Bahn station are within walking distance. With the S-Bahn you can reach the main station, the Jungfernstieg and the Reeperbahn without changing trains. The Fischbeker Heide nature reserve is a 12-minute walk away. An access to the quality hiking trail "Heidschnuckenweg" leads directly past our house.
