Description

This modern 51 m² vacation apartment with west-facing balcony accommodates up to 4 guests and is just a short walk from the south beach. Located on the 2nd floor, you'll enjoy wonderful views over the marina and can savor the evening sun on your balcony.
Location directly at Fehmarn's south beach
Only 530 meters separate you from the kilometer-long sandy beach, where you can be the first to leave your footprints in the morning sand. The south beach is perfect for families: DLRG-supervised swimming areas ensure safety, while beach volleyball courts and a beach soccer pitch provide plenty of action.
Everything you need for a perfect beach day is right nearby. Rent beach chairs or pedal boats, let the children play on the playgrounds, or treat yourself to ice cream at one of the cozy beach snack bars. The marina with its gently bobbing boats is right at your doorstep.
The FehMare adventure pool with sauna area and several surf schools are also close by. The town of Burg with its shopping facilities and like the marine center is just 3.5 km away. Here you'll find restaurants, shops, and vibrant island life.

The two bedrooms provide ample space for 4 guests. The spacious bathroom with shower offers refreshment after your beach adventures. The apartment is easily accessible via elevator and offers all the comfort needed for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful apartment, but only for 2 people.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, yet we had to pay an overcapacity fee for 2 adults and 1 child for the child. Unfortunately, the kitchen is also missing a microwave. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable.

Cancellation terms

Before the start of the booked appointment, you can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time by written declaration. To avoid misunderstandings, this is only possible in writing or by email, not by telephone. Our claim to the agreed payment remains, even if you do not start your vacation, and the reasons for not starting are irrelevant. Cancellations are only possible for the entire period. Partial cancellation is not allowed! In case of withdrawal, our standardized claim for cost reimbursement in percent of the rental sum is as follows: - up to 42 days before the start of the trip 0% of the travel amount - from the 41st day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel amount - from the 21st day before the start of the trip 100% of the travel amount - in case of no-show, the entire rent is due. If the property can be re-rented under the same conditions in case of short notice non-use, the tenant has a reasonable additional effort flat rate of 15% of the proportional rental price. A flat rate of €25.00 is charged for rebookings (only possible in the same fiscal year). If the rental duration remains the same or the rental price remains the same or higher, no further costs will be incurred. If the rental price is reduced, in addition to the rebooking flat rate, 15% of the difference will be calculated as a processing flat rate. The flat-rate calculated damages for rental loss and additional effort can be reduced by re-renting or saved expenditures. You have the option to provide proof of lesser damage. If you do not arrive without prior written cancellation, our claim to payment of the full rental amount including all additional costs remains. In this case, the tenant has no right to settle the cancellation fees according to the above-mentioned percentage scaling. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
