The vacation home is not only located directly on the sea, but it is also thoroughly maritime inside. Seagulls, beach grass and boats can therefore be found near your apartment and as decoration inside. Even the beautiful blue walls and the bullies in a painting directly remind you of the sea and the Bullie Festival, which takes place every year on Fehmarn.
The bedroom with a cozy double bed is a special highlight in the vacation home. It is located directly under a skylight, which means that you can still count the stars in the evening when you fall asleep and see seagulls flying by in the morning when you wake up.

This vacation home has a quiet location, just a stone's throw from the beach and the boardwalk. You could not live closer to the beach. In the immediate vicinity there are also several restaurants, cafés and bars where you can order delicious food and drinks. Overall, we were relaxed in vacation mode.

Could be better in terms of equipment. Visually okay at first. During our stay, the elevator and the entrance door were defective, and the garbage disposal was poor. Clothing rack for 2 people inadequate, cutlery insufficient, shower tray only suitable for slim and not disabled guests, no microwave and dish hooks available. Sofa is a bit of a challenge! View and location good.

Great apartment

The apartment is beautifully furnished, with much attention to detail. The colors are very pleasing, and everything is very clean. We felt comfortable right away. The solution with the fold-out bed in the living room is great and offers plenty of space. The rest of the furnishings leave nothing to be desired. It's also great that there's even a washing machine and a dryer. The house is in a direct location to the beach and the harbor. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come again.

nice apartment in a pleasant location

bright, spacious apartment in central and beautiful location. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a wardrobe, the bed in the children's room squeaked with every movement. We would gladly take the apartment again (without the squeaky bed).

Cancellation terms

Before the start of the booked appointment, you can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time by written declaration. To avoid misunderstandings, this is only possible in writing or by email, not by telephone. Our claim to the agreed payment remains, even if you do not start your vacation, and the reasons for not starting are irrelevant. Cancellations are only possible for the entire period. Partial cancellation is not allowed! In case of withdrawal, our standardized claim for cost reimbursement in percent of the rental sum is as follows: - up to 42 days before the start of the trip 0% of the travel amount - from the 41st day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel amount - from the 21st day before the start of the trip 100% of the travel amount - in case of no-show, the entire rent is due. If the property can be re-rented under the same conditions in case of short notice non-use, the tenant has a reasonable additional effort flat rate of 15% of the proportional rental price. A flat rate of €25.00 is charged for rebookings (only possible in the same fiscal year). If the rental duration remains the same or the rental price remains the same or higher, no further costs will be incurred. If the rental price is reduced, in addition to the rebooking flat rate, 15% of the difference will be calculated as a processing flat rate. The flat-rate calculated damages for rental loss and additional effort can be reduced by re-renting or saved expenditures. You have the option to provide proof of lesser damage. If you do not arrive without prior written cancellation, our claim to payment of the full rental amount including all additional costs remains. In this case, the tenant has no right to settle the cancellation fees according to the above-mentioned percentage scaling. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
