The standig individually holiday home, built in 1970 and renovated in 2022 is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Balatonkeresztúr. The holiday home is located on a 450 sqm, closed garden plot, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Our holiday home awaits its dear guests in the center of Balatonkeresztúr. The house can be used independently with the attached garden room and all its equipment. Optimal 2 max. for 3 people. In terms of location, the center, restaurants, shops and the paid beach are just a few hundred meters away. The boat harbor and the open beach can be reached in a comfortable 10-minute walk. The comfort of the apartment is ensured by the cozy and spacious bedroom and living room, the well-equipped kitchen, the garden furniture and, among other things, the free WiFi. The building consists of a total of 5 rooms. Staying outside is made even more pleasant by the two covered terraces. Parking spaces are available in the courtyard. We are looking forward to our guests! The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property and the street in front of the house.
