Located just 20 metres from the town centre, this traditional three-storey house combines rustic mountain charm with modern comfort in the heart of the Veneto region.
On the ground floor, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, dishwasher, coffee machine and oven, perfect for enjoying meals together, as well as a cozy living room with TV and a seating area.
The first floor features three bedrooms (two double rooms and one single room) and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A small sitting area and a balcony or terrace provide pleasant spaces to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
On the top floor, there is a second open kitchen and a spacious living/bedroom area with two double sofa beds, a dining table and a private bathroom, making it ideal for families or groups.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with sun loungers, barbecue and garden furniture. The house also offers a high chair, travel cot and parking. With lakes, hiking trails and ski areas nearby, it is the perfect base for a nature getaway in every season.

An old but very well maintained house: large, spacious rooms, cozy and with plenty of kitchen utensils. The friendly woman who received us wanted to tell us everything in a mix of Italian, Spanish and English. I was able to get by because I speak Portuguese, but otherwise the key transfer might have been a problem. When we had no power one day, I called the owner herself and she tried to help me, but didn't speak a word of English or any other language. Eventually she sent someone she knew to show us where we could turn the power back on. She was friendly and helpful, but it was a pity that the language was an obstacle.
The location of this house is very beautiful, but it is not convenient for excursions (it is located on the edge of the Dolomites). Quite far from the center of the Dolomites (approx. 1.5 hours' drive on (beautiful) back roads). For Venice, on the other hand, this was nice. The Statioze d'Alpago station is a 15-minute drive away, where you can park your car and have a direct connection to Venice (1.5 hours). Be sure to buy train tickets online!
Parking at the house was a problem. Through a very narrow street (more of a slope) you can prove your driving skills while parking in reverse. This was exciting every time because it is very tight for a Prius.
The house is located next to a church, a bar and a small supermarket. A bakery a little further away. There is nothing else to do or see in this village. The nearest restaurant (pizzeria) is less than a 10-minute drive away. Was a pleasant and peaceful stay.
