Now you have a unique opportunity to live with a sea view at Eriksberg's Beaches in Hällaryd/Karlshamn's Archipelago with Eriksberg's Game Park as a neighbor. Here you live in a nature reserve with fantastic nature and animal life and also have the opportunity to see animals such as bison, deer, mouflon sheep and wild boar walking in the park's enclosure about 70m from the house. You also have good fishing and hiking along the coastal strip and a great opportunity to see sea eagles sailing past. Please note that the house is on a hiking trail and that you have to walk 1,3 km to reach the house. Therefore, choose the appropriate packing. Prams are not suitable on the path. You can book a pick-up by boat from the owner of the house in Matvik for a cost if you wish. It is also possible to go by boat with local traffic from Karlshamn to Eriksberg, where the cabin is located. You can also book a paddleboard, rowing boat with electric motor, double kayak and also a wood-fired hot tub next door as well as AC and infrared heating. This is done on site or in advance via the house owner. The house is in good condition and you have a built-in patio with both a lounge area and a dining area and an outside patio with outdoor furniture. You have an open kitchen/living room with dining area and sofa group. Two nice bedrooms with lower ceiling height are upstairs, where you can sleep well in a double bed (180cm) and two single beds. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. The house is on the same plot as its owner, but as the plot is hilly, you have your own separate part of the garden. You can enjoy a refreshing dip from the jetty or the small beach in front of the house or by the rocks. You may bring your own boat if desired, berth included. You can visit Eriksberg Safaripark where there is also a restaurant and farm shop. There are also a range of activities here, such as a relaxation area, mountain bike/bicycle rental, raft safaris, abseiling from cliffs, etc. You have 9.6 km to wonderful Karlshamn. Have a wonderful semester!

Beautiful location
Directly by the water
Water full of creeping plants and somewhat murky.
Very long, shallow water access
Only reachable via a 1.5 km long, beautiful hiking trail (with climbing sections)
Owner lives next door and speaks only Swedish.
House completely furnished by IKEA
No closet shelves, everything privately locked.
Recommendations: Ferry ride from Matvic to the archipelago islands

Beautiful paths by the sea, but no access to the hinterland (fenced safari park), nice landlords, no bathing water at the house (algae), in the bay even partially with odor (decay), very nice SUP tours directly from the dock at the house, seating area at the dock is nice, beautiful terrace and winter garden, but from there no / hardly any view of the sea. House well furnished, many nice seating areas. Stairs to the upper floor are steep, but easy to walk. In the attic, only a height of 1.75 m at the gable and 2 sleeping corners with 2 beds each separated by curtains (a bit cramped). Not recommended for those with mobility impairments. The location, the amenities, the tranquility, and the landlords. Recommendations: The entire region is beautiful - especially from the water. Having your own boat is advisable given the location, as otherwise, you have to walk a long trail to the house. / The nature reserve is great, Tjäro for lunch, Ronneby Harbor, the beaches: Hörvik, Sandviken, and Hellevik, Karlskrona and Karlshamn, the outdoor pool in Ronneby... we experienced a lot in 14 days.
