Werd meteen gerepareerd In de wintermaanden is het leuk ‘s avonds naar eigen keuze films te kijken. En gemeld, er kwam een meneer langs met de vraag wat er aan de hand was, maar deze meneer begreep ons niet en wij hem niet grote taalbarrière. het huisje was schoon compleet en hebben erg genoten van de voorzieningen in het huisje.

De badkamer met sauna en sunshower in het huisje is subliem! Voor ons de grote trekker. We zijn vaker in huisjes met sauna geweest, maar komen toch elke keer weer hier terug omdat deze badkamer met sauna toch echt de fijnste is. De rest van het huisje is ook heerlijk. We hebben genoten van het knusse haardje, de sfeervolle, nette en mooie inrichting, prima keuken en fijn dat dit huisje ook een tweede toilet boven had. Het heeft ons werkelijk aan niets ontbroken. De opzet van het park is ook fijn. De huisjes zijn ook van buiten leuk om te zien, het groen nodigt vogeltjes en eekhoorntjes (!) uit en het is ruim, niet opgepropt op elkaar, dat is heel prettig. Het welkom was erg vriendelijk, dat was een fijne binnenkomer. Ik had de mail over de app even gemist (of niet goed gelezen) maar gelukkig kon er een sleutelkaartje aangemaakt worden, geen probleem dus. Het voelt heel welkom om standaard een handdoekenpakketje (ook voor de keuken) en bedlinnen verzorgd te krijgen. (Zelf heb ik wel mijn eigen beddengoed meegenomen, want ik kan niet tegen een synthetisch dekbed helaas, maar ik snap dat dat om hygiene redenen wel nodig is.) En prettig dat er ook een stofzuiger staat. Met een sauna loop je veel op blote voeten en dan is het fijn om niet in de kruimels te lopen en niet alles met een stoffer en blik te hoeven doen) En natuurlijk hebben we ook genoten van de prachtige wandel- en fietsomgeving!

Our villa was well equipped. Everything you need for cooking can be found in the kitchen. Some things were a bit dirty, so I cleaned everything before using it, but that might be a personal issue. I also thought it was nice that magazines and games were in the living room cabinet. The contactless check-in and check-out worked without any problems. No standing in line and waiting, just search for the villa on the map and simply go in. Otherwise, it was really relaxing and quiet in and around our villa, just as we had wished.

The house was very nicely furnished. The pool was great (used every day). The restaurant's food was somewhat improvable. I had pork tenderloin and potato gratin from the fridge. This potato gratin was very, very small and not completely heated. It was still cold in the middle. So if there were more of it and better heated next time, it would be fine. The holiday park is located very well, the house was very good, as it is firecracker-free in the facility, which we were aware of, that’s why we booked it. ONLY that it was so loud outside from these so-called carbide shooters that our dog no longer wanted to go outside to relieve himself, the longest was 30 hours on New Year's Eve. This noise started the day before and with interruptions of 10 seconds until New Year's morning at 2:00 AM. We did not envision our stay like this; we are fleeing from New Year's Eve and experiencing more here than at home. As you wrote in the welcome email, it can happen, but you should reconsider that many want to leave with their dogs, especially on New Year's Eve. Last week we were again at this beautiful and nice park for a few days. The weather was beautiful and we could sit comfortably in the garden, the little birds also enjoyed the sun and were quite talkative. The evenings were a bit colder, wonderful to have the gas heater on then. And the wellness is of course absolutely great. Enjoyed a nice meal at Restaurant de Hazelaer! We are going to save up for a new booking, because it is wonderful to get away for a bit just the two of us!

The park is very beautifully designed, with great attention to detail (fairy lights in the flower beds, fireworks, an outdoor fireplace at the restaurant, nice furniture). Our house (Wellness Lodge XL) was also very nicely furnished (great black kitchen!!!), the color concept of earth tones was fully realized. The size of the beds (length 2.10m) is excellent, and the mattress is very good!!! The furnishings of the bedrooms are completely adequate and nicely simple. The sauna in the house was new and easy to operate. The gas fireplace in the house provided coziness and warmth. The fact that the swimming pool was open in winter (heated) was a special highlight. It looked beautiful since the outside temperature was below zero. The fireplace in the hall looked great too.

We always find a sauna very nice. That's just that little bit of extra luxury. There were only two of us in a 4-person cottage. Each bedroom had a TV, which we also thought was very luxurious.

Warm welcome at the reception, very friendly and hospitable. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 4-person cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities that the park had to offer. The cottage was equipped with all the comforts to make for a delightful, relaxing, and luxurious stay. Also surprised with a bag and discount voucher for the restaurant. We had a wonderful dinner there on Friday evening (Spring menu and surprise menu), excellent and friendly service, and the dishes were also outstanding! This restaurant deserves more guests. On Saturday, we were able to order take-away, even though we placed the order at half past five (of course in consultation). This also tasted excellent. We also asked if it was possible to check out a little later than 10 o'clock, and this was also no problem; we could leave whenever we wanted. Ultimately, we left at half-past one because we wanted to take a walk at the Lemelerberg (12.5 km) before traveling to Stadskanaal. Again, we were warmly welcomed at checkout and praised the park and restaurant. We finally arrived home at 6 PM. The kids had a great time. In short, Hof van Salland, we will definitely be back! Very nice house, everything neat and very clean. Nice location of the houses, we look in all directions, which is why we booked again with preference because we had been here before. Also nice to walk through the park, beautifully laid out and nicely decorated.

For the second time this year and certainly not the last time. Good beds, everything is complete in the villa. I personally find the wellness very nice. The park is small-scale, very well maintained both the villa and the gardens. Very beautiful surroundings for cycling.

It is located in a beautiful setting. We cycled a lot through the forests all around the park. For miles around. Enjoyed swimming in the pool in the morning. The cottages are luxurious with beautiful gardens, and everything is very tidy. Thanks for the great holiday. Despite the bad weather, we had a great time. We come more often and the staff automatically applied the discount for regular guests. The sauna door did not close properly. It was immediately repaired. In the winter months, it is nice to watch films in the evening of your choice. Connecting your own DVD player was very easy because the HDMI cable was already in the TV and you only had to plug it into the DVD player.

The calm and privacy.. The houses are nicely placed so that despite the large number of houses, one does not feel cramped. The opportunity to swim is great, especially in winter. The best part is having your own sauna in the house and the fireplace.

Super! The cottages are fully equipped and we felt at home from the very first minute. Beautiful walking forests nearby. An ideal base for a relaxing weekend getaway. We are completely zen again!
