Timber frame house, ground level access, wide doors, open plan fitted kitchen with breakfast area.
Large windows offer brightness and a wide view over the fields. From the living and dining area or the terrace you have an unobstructed view of the countryside. The open kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare meals together. Read, sit comfortably on the sofa or in the armchair and simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
The Schleiwerke built the cosy bed and the unique chairs with dining table come from the Kawerk.
The bathroom is equipped with a ground-level shower and a towel radiator.
A decentralised ventilation system (which can be switched off) contributes to the pleasant indoor climate. Windows are equipped with insect screens.
The flat has a terrace with furniture and a view of the garden and the open field, as well as a small sitting area with a wooden bench and table. Insect-friendly flowers and herbs have been planted in the natural garden, as well as next to the access path to the entrance.
The property is not completely fenced.
Bicycles can be locked in a covered bicycle stand.

The Baltic Sea is about 400 m away. Restaurants are within walking distance in the village. Cycling and hiking tours can start right from the front door, e.g. in the direction of Geltinger Birk (nature reserve), Maasholm (old fishing village), Kronsgaard (bathing beach), Gelting Mole (marina with restaurant and cafe), Falshöft (lighthouse, station of the nature conservation organisation with exhibition on local nature). A boat trip on the Schlei is also always worthwhile.
