We have had a 4-star rating from the German Tourism Association since April 2012.
The apartment is about 52 sqm in size.
It consists of
-a spacious entrance area,
-a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating
-a bedroom with a 1.80m x 2.00m solid wood bed, with a special height of 60cm - this makes it easier to get in and out. - a solid wood cabinet (W:2.00m x H:2.20m) in which one can store all kinds of clothing and even more
- a living and dining room with a high-quality fitted kitchen and a pull-out sofa bed for a third person. In the dining room
there is also a 55-inch Philips Ambilight TV capable of connecting to the internet, with all the essential streaming apps.
There is also underfloor heating.
A private entrance, as well as parking, are available. The terrace is separated from the rest of the garden by a privacy screen for undisturbed privacy.
Bicycles can be parked in the built shed.

The flat is very centrally located.
Three bakeries, a supermarket and two restaurants can be reached on foot within about five minutes. Neuenkirchen is located in the heart of the Lüneburg Heath.
You are exactly between the cities of Bremen, Hanover and Hamburg and can reach all of them by car in about 1 hour.
In Neuenkirchen and the surrounding area you have all the possibilities to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
There are many designated cycling and Nordic walking routes. Culture and art can be found on signposted art trails, where you can discover the "Art in the Heath".
You can also get to know the Lüneburg Heath at many cultural events such as roast potato evenings at Schröers Hof or Schnuckeneintrieb at Schäferhof.
The Soltau Therme invites you to relax, as do numerous farm cafés and restaurants in the region.
If you want a bit more action, you can go indoor skiing in the Snow Dome in Bispingen or experience the latest thrills in the form of roller coasters in Heide Park.

Short holiday
We stayed with the Bödefeld family for 1 week and felt very comfortable from start to finish.
Sofa and bed very good. My wife often has back problems with other beds. Not....Super slept here. The connection for hiking or cycling is very good, you can get everywhere immediately.
We had a very nice week.

Super short vacation
The vacation rental is highly recommended, very clean, tidy and cozy. Super nice landlords and a more than fair price for this great vacation rental, we will be back.
