The house consists of two floors, with the main flat on the 1st floor.
Living room
Very bright room with windows to the east, south and west. Equipped with 2 armchairs and a 3-seater couch. 60 inch TV with SAT TV and Internet TV, streaming with own stick possible. Internet connection offers 300Mb. For the winter, in addition to the central heating, there is also a wood stove for a cosy atmosphere. In the warm days, the air conditioning system provides pleasant temperatures
Bedroom 1
Here you will find a double bed of 200cm x 160cm. The room has a window facing west and has air conditioning. In addition, the room has its own toilet (guest toilet)
Bedroom 2
Here are two single beds with a size of 200cm x 90cm, which can also be pushed together to form a double bed. In addition, this room has a desk, an office chair and a 24 inch monitor to use the possibilities of a home office. The room has a window facing east and is also air-conditioned.
Bathroom 1
The bathroom has a washstand, 1 shower and a toilet and can be kept warm in the cold days via the existing flat radiator.
Living- dining area and open kitchen
This area is open plan and has a large table for 6 people. The kitchen has a counter where you can enjoy a cup of coffee fresh from the new coffee machine with a wonderful view to the south. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, food processor, etc.
From the kitchen-living room you can access the upper covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The large charcoal grill invites you to a cosy barbecue. A large table with 6 chairs is available as well as comfortable lounge furniture.
Ground floor
Here you will find another bedroom with a double bed of 200cm x 160cm. There is also a shower with WC and a washing machine.

The urbanisation Montemar is located near the coastal road from Moraira to Calpe. Stroll through the weekly markets in Moraira or Calpe or enjoy a tapaz with a nice glass of wine in the small bay of El Portet. Calpe offers you fantastically large sandy beaches, also ideal for families with children. Enjoy the fantastic view from the Peñón de Ifach over Calpe to Benidorm on a hiking tour. The many restaurants along the coast offer something for every taste.

Our little paradise for a while...
We were very lucky to spend our vacation days in this beautiful holiday home in Spain – and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish.
Even upon arrival, we were thrilled: The house is located in a dreamy villa area in the mountains and yet only a few minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and the sea. One feels like arriving in a small oasis here, where one can immediately let go and relax. The house itself is not only very clean and well-maintained, but also furnished with a lot of love. The kitchen is very well equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself, and the bedrooms are cozy, with comfortable beds that ensure restful nights.
We especially want to highlight the outdoor area: The pool was our daily highlight, whether for a refreshing swim in the morning or a relaxing sunbath in the afternoon. The beautiful covered terrace invites not only for breakfast or to linger during the day, but also in the evening one can end the day there with cozy lighting.
The hosts also deserve great praise. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and were available at any time for questions or tips. One really felt welcome and not just a guest. We take many wonderful memories home with us and are sure: This was not our last stay here. This holiday home is a true paradise that we can wholeheartedly recommend!

Top Villa Sonrisa Felix
We are already in the villa for the second time,
a great holiday home. Fully equipped. There is really nothing missing.
Shopping options are reachable in 5 minutes by car.
Several bathing opportunities by the sea are quickly accessible by car.
Moraira and Calpe are also quickly reachable on foot, with a great view of the landscape and the sea.
Very nice contact with the landlords.

Fantastic!!!
We (5 people) spent a fantastic vacation here. The house is beautifully decorated! It was very clean, and everything was really thought of. The furnishings are lovingly and cozily done. The location is great. The contact was very accommodating and friendly from the first day. We felt completely at ease. This will surely not be our last vacation at Villa Sonrisa Feliz. We will come back! :)

Tolles Ferienhaus
We had a wonderful time in this holiday home. The house is very lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a good time. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, where you can spend many beautiful hours, especially by the great pool. The contact with the host was very uncomplicated, nice, and helpful. The location of the house is also a great starting point for exploring the area. You can get around very quickly both at the beach and in the surrounding smaller and larger cities (by car)! We would come back anytime.
