Verviers is located on the banks of the Vesdre. It is best known for its textile industry dating back to the 16th century. Admire the Center Touristique de la Laine et de la Mode (a museum that shows the history and evolution of the textile industry in Verviers) for a glimpse into local history. There are many parks and gardens in the city, such as the Arboretum of La Reid, which is home to more than 2,500 different plant species. _x000D_

It is absolutely dirty, you don't get what you see in the pictures. Everything is broken, it smells like sewage, you can't ventilate in the lower room, unbearable. Mold in the bathroom, absolute disaster.

The advertisement did not correspond to the actual accommodation provided. A large part of the photos shows facilities of another unit on the property. This was also confirmed afterwards (black whirlpool, whirlpool tub). Fitness equipment dusty and not functional. Walls partially unplastered, defective door handles, mold, leaky windows. For us, the depicted wellness features were decisive for the booking. Recommendation: Clarify in writing before booking which unit depicted in the photos will be assigned to you.
