Villa Maria in Kamilari - Dream house with sea view and large private pool
This beautiful villa, surrounded by olive groves, was completed in spring 2022 and offers a fantastic sea view on all levels.
The house has 4 rooms equipped with double beds and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a bathroom with a ground level shower on each floor, and the washing machine is also on the lower floor. A hairdryer, ironing board and iron are at your disposal. On the spacious ground floor, with a wide window front to the terrace, there is also a bedroom and the open kitchen with the dining area and the living room. The living room invites you to relax with a Smart TV (German channels can be received via app), a Bluetooth box and a guitar. The kitchen is modernly equipped, microwave, coffee machine, orange press etc. are of course available. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with access to the large balcony, with a breathtaking view of the sea, the village of Pitsidia and the mountains. Also from the terrace, with the 32sqm pool, you have a fantastic view of the sea. Various seating areas and comfortable sun loungers invite you to linger. To the left of the pool, a stone staircase leads down to the garden shower.
The parking area for at least 2 vehicles completes the outdoor area. Two independent W-LAN networks provide very good internet access in all areas of the villa.
Due to the structural conditions in the outdoor area, this property is not suitable for small children. We wish you a great time in our villa.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Maria is located just outside the original Cretan village of Kamilari, surrounded by olive groves. The village centre, with a bakery, supermarket and nice restaurants, is only a 10-minute walk away.
Kamilari is situated in the fertile Messara plain, which is surrounded by the mountains and the sea. The nearest villages, Pitsidia and Kalamaki, with beautiful beaches, are about 5 minutes away by car, and Matala is about 10 minutes away.

Family vacation
A truly beautiful villa with a view of the sea and in a very quiet location. You can reach the beach and the beautiful town of Matala in just a few minutes. The villa was equipped with everything needed. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back.
