Our Residence Kormoran is a well-kept and modern holiday complex in the middle of Cuxhaven-Döse.

High chairs, trolleys and bicycles can be rented in the house for a fee.
The swimming pool with counter-current system and sauna (included) offers a nice wellness area.
Coin-operated washing machine/dryer, bicycle cellar and lift round off the facilities.
Holiday flat
You live in a bright 2-room flat for up to 4 persons on 45 m² living space on the ground floor with a furnished south-facing terrace.
The hallway welcomes you with an illuminated dressing table and also contains a large wall cupboard with built-in safe,
Wall shelving and plenty of space to store your travel essentials , provides additional storage space for the existing hoover,
Iron/ironing board, clothes horse, suitcase trolley, smittel, dog bowls.
The living/bedroom has high-quality, hygienic and low-noise plank flooring,
easily convertible double sofa bed and separate dining area with comfortable chairs invites you to spend cosy hours.

A cosy living atmosphere and good mood should be created by maritime
Colour TV, hi-fi system with CD player, DVD player, books and games for different age groups,
Books and games for different age groups.

The integrated kitchen area is fully equipped with
4-plate ceramic hob and oven, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer compartment,
Coffee maker, Senseo machine, toaster, egg boiler, kettle,
new crockery and cutlery for 12 people.

The bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which can be easily
Double bed, a desk and a 3-door wardrobe and a
a 3-door wardrobe and a 2nd flat-screen TV.
So that you can sleep with the window open in the summer months,
we have installed fly screens on both windows.
The existing curtains darken the rooms well.

In the shower room with WC you will find a storage shelf, sufficient hooks and a hairdryer.

You can access the underground parking space no. 36 reserved for you
through a secure rolling grille gate (direct access to the flat through the cellar is possible).

Due to the location on the ground floor, you have a beautiful terrace with a southern orientation where you can enjoy the sun.
Your four-legged friend is very welcome.

The complex, built in 1994, is located in Cuxhaven-Döse at the end of a dead-end street in a quiet residential area.

Information about Cuxhaven
Cuxhaven (Low German Cuxhoben) with the historical name Kuckshafen,
is a large independent town in the district of the same name in Lower Saxony.
The town is situated at the mouth of the Elbe into the North Sea and has a population of around.
Cuxhaven has an important fishing port. Tourism is of great importance.
The town and its predecessor, the Amt Ritzebüttel, belonged to Hamburg from the 13th century until 1937. Northwest of Cuxhaven in the North Sea is the island of Neuwerk, which belongs to Hamburg.
Cuxhaven's landmark is the Kugelbake. At the mouth of the Elbe, the wooden sea marker marks the transition from the Lower Elbe to the Outer Elbe and thus the border for inland shipping. It is also the motif of the town's coat of arms.

The rich diversity of nature is interspersed with astonishing culture.
Ritzebüttel Castle, for example, or the Jacobi Church in Lüdingworth, whose organ was once enlarged by Arp Schnittger.
The harbour is perfect for a stroll, past the old fishing halls, along the pier from the shrimp boats to the "Alte Liebe" and the seaport with the marina.

One of the most attractive areas of Cuxhaven is certainly the district of Döse, which begins at the very top of the northern tip, where the town's landmark, the Kugelbake, is anchored. 3 kilometres of sandy beach invite you to swim, complemented by the heated Steinmarne open-air seawater pool. The spa house, spa park and the large event hall "Kugelbakehalle" are within easy reach.

Save time for a wonderful

The mudflat landscape off Cuxhaven-Döse is particularly attractive here, beautifully firm and very extensive.
You can walk here hour after hour and enjoy all kinds of weather to the full.
In addition, there are delightful hiking trails through the Geest and Marsch, through the magnificent nature reserve of the Duhner Heide.
