You live in a quiet residential area on a south-facing slope, there is no through traffic and your children can spend time in the large garden, a romantic campfire site invites you to barbecue or linger. Under our outdoor seat in the garden you can end the beautiful holiday day with us or other guests. Two parking spaces for your car are available right in front of the house.
Directly from the house you can start beautiful hikes or extensive mountain bike tours, also across the border. In the immediate vicinity there are several downhill slopes as well as cross-country skiing trails in an enchanting winter landscape.
Enjoy your holiday - where it is most beautiful! Your holiday resort Waldmünchen, a small tourist town, is located in the beautiful "Bavarian Forest" in the district of Cham and is only a few kilometres away from the Czech Republic.
Excursions to Regensburg, Weltenburg, Passau, Pilsen, Prague, Karlsbad and Marienbad are possible.
In Waldmünchen there is the "Aqua-Fit" adventure pool and an idyllic
an idyllic bathing lake "Perlsee" with a circular hiking trail. Every year in July/August, the open-air festival "Trenck der Pandur" is performed in front of Waldmünchen, as well as the oldest folk play "der Drachenstich" in the neighbouring town of Furth i. Wald.

We spent a very nice vacation with 4 people.
We were warmly welcomed by the Rossmann family.
The apartment had everything we needed
and we felt comfortable right away.
On the terrace with a beautiful garden
we enjoyed the peace.
5 stars are actually too few.

Summer vacation
We had a fantastic vacation in a wonderful environment that invites you to go hiking as well as to many other great activities. At the Rossmann family, you feel right at home. Always concerned about the well-being of the guest and ready with good tips for any request. The vacation apartment is perfectly furnished, there really was nothing missing. You could relax wonderfully in the well-maintained garden. The proximity of Lake Perle is also perfect. We would love to come back because we liked it so much. A. and T.
