Very fresh and cozy little apartment with a toplocation on Skrea beach. Part of a villa with its own entrance and part in the garden and glazed conservatory. Bathrobe distance to the stunning sandy beach. Cycling distance to Falkenberg's cozy center. Ideal for a vacationing couple The apartment has an open kitchen and living room / bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a small dining table and the bedroom has two combined single beds and TV. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower and washer / dryer. With entrance from outside there is a glazed conservatory with dining table and barbecue. In one part of the house lives a permanent guest. You have your own entrance and your own part of the garden. In the southern part of Skrea beach begins a larger leisure area where there are excellent opportunities for walking and the like or to bring a picnic basket and sit among the rocks. In the area there are also several kiosks, restaurants, indoor swimming, mini golf and tennis courts. Falkenberg is buzzing with activity during the summer. Enjoy the nice summer town with its small shops, restaurants and cafes The fine white beaches at Skrea beach are quickly filled with bathers on a hot summer day. A short drive away is Falkenberg's fine golf course at Skrea. For those who are interested in fishing, there is the opportunity in Ätran and in the sea. A fishing license is required in Ätran. Feel free to visit the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with serving and a mystery with outdoor seating.

I am totally obsessed with the garden area, perfect for BBQ evenings. Also, the bed is comfortable, and the TV is great for binge-watching after a day outside. I will definitely come back!

Super comfy and just the right size for two, Loved having our own entrance and the proximity to the beach was amazing! The bathroom was all tiled and really nice, A couple of times we heard the other guest, but it wasn’t too bothersome, Would defo come back!
