Kitchen in the living/bedroom (10 sqm) with dining area, gas hob (4 burners), electric hob (4 rings), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (11 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
2nd floor: anteroom.

House rules
The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
