Kitchen in the living/bedroom (10 sqm) with dining area, gas hob (4 burners), electric hob (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (11 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
2nd floor: Anteroom.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.

The flat was very nice, modern and clean! We were very satisfied! There were toys for the children in the courtyard and everything was fenced in.
