Comfortable 4-star holiday flat in quiet, sunny location on the outskirts of the village for 2 persons, apartment (50 m²) with separate bedroom, living room with dining area, shower/WC, kitchenette. Or accommodation for 4 persons with a second bathroom, a living/bedroom with two additional beds.
Equipment : 2 x TV, stereo, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, shower towels, balcony or terrace with garden furniture. Price: 48,00 € per day for 2 persons ( 50 m², without the additional living/bedroom and without the second bathroom) For 3 or 4 persons, 8o m² living space € 93,00 incl. all additional costs as well as final cleaning, from 4 overnight stays. For 1 - 3 nights the incl. price for the apartment with app. 113,00 Euro per night.

Again and again, very gladly?
We have been coming to the Hemmer family in Niedereggenen twice a year for two weeks for many years now, and we always enjoy it very much. Everything really suits us perfectly, and we are already looking forward to seeing each other again next year!

Sympathetic landlords.
Cozy furnished guest-friendly holiday apartment not far from the circular path around the Eggenertal with its cherry trees and vineyards.
The area offers many opportunities for varied hikes and excursions.
The apartment in the basement and the studio have a separate entrance.
One also has a good view of the vineyards from the terrace.
We would gladly come back.

Gemütlich eingerichtete gästefreundliche Ferienwohnung unweit des Rundweges um des Eggenertal mit seinen Kirschbäumen und Weinbergen.
Die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten für abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen und Ausflüge.
Die Wohnung im UG und das Appartement haben einen separaten Eingang.
Auch von der Terrasse hat man einen guten Blick auf die Weinberge.
Wir kommen gern wieder.
