Description
This pretty and well furnished and equipped holiday home with a swimming pool is situated only 20 m away from the sea on beautiful location in Povlja on the island of Brac. It comprises two apartments connected by external stairs. The lowest ceiling height is 180 cm. On the ground floor, there is a sauna and fitness area, while guests also have at their disposal a surf board and bicycles for exploring the area. On the first floor, there is a spacious terrace from which there is an unforgettable view on the sea and coast. On the terrace guest scan prepare delicious dishes from the barbeque. The centre of the place with various attractions is located only a few minutes of walk by the coast away.

Location and surroundings of object
a Povlja is a little place on the northeast side of the island of Brac in Central Dalmatia. It is a massive bay, which is a series of bays and coves. The Povaljska Luka is the large bay on East.
We offer an accommodation of three comfortable apartments. Tha apartments are 30 m far from the beach. It is very quitely with a beautiful sea view instead. In addition, the accommodation is very suitable for families with children because it has a large enclosed garden around with greenery.

Nice landlords. Super location.Disappointed with the house
Fam.Prezzi welcomed us very nicely. They showed us everything. First impression was great. Directly at the sea a dream. The pool was unfortunately freezing cold, as it was probably freshly filled in and it was still quite cold at night. In addition, there were some stormy days where the pool could not heat up. A pity. The house itself was not clean, the mattresses had a spring core that needed to be replaced. Cobwebs everywhere, dust on lamps. Wall tiles smeared. The smell in one of the bedrooms was like mould. Kitchen equipment partly defective, outdated. In the upper floor it whistled so loudly during the storms that it was almost impossible to sleep.
The location is great. The sea is a dream. There are two small grocery shops for the essentials. Otherwise Selca is not far away. We were still able to relax well
Too expensive for the shortcomings.

An excellent Villa
We had a really nice time staying in Petar Prezzi's Villa! Although Petar himself was not there to meet us, we were met by his parents Gordana and Niksa, who explained where everything was, and many points of contact were made available incase we had any problems.
The Villa is lovely, really quiet and clean, with everything we needed (more than that sauna !!!, pool, bikes, windsurf board, badmington). Great views from the balcony, and we had fun playing host's guitar (:. The location is perfect, a 5 minute walk one direction takes you into the centre of Povlja. Bol is 30km. We were at Makarska. The beaches are amazing and quiet beaches, beautiful views...
I would recommend Villa Sofia for everyone who preffer quiet and eventful holidays.
