Your vacation home is located in a fantastic location in the Westerheide. The vacation home has two levels. From the living room you can enter your sun-drenched garden to relax through the large patio door.

From the dining table you can let your gaze wander through the beautifully landscaped garden. On the second floor are the bedrooms and your bathroom with toilet.

Garden furniture and beach chairs are available to you on a seasonal basis.
Barbecues and open fires are strictly forbidden in the garden and adjacent grounds. You will stay in a thatched cottage.

free of charge if there are 180 or more between the booking and the arrival date and the tenant cancels the booking no later than the end of the 3rd, following the booking
•from the 14th day before the start of the rental 100% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
•from the 34th day before the start of the rental 80% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
•from the 44th day before the start of the rental 50% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
•before that, the general principle of 20% of the tour price applies plus 35 € fee
