Description

The vacation home 'Erika' is located directly by the sea. You have an unobstructed view of the North Sea. In summer you enjoy your garden with terrace and in autumn, winter and spring you go after a long walk on the beach in the in-house coin sauna. Afterwards you can listen and watch the wind and waves from the sofa.

Your cottage is designed for a maximum of 10 people (families only, no club or group trips).

Garden furniture and beach chairs are available to you on a seasonally limited basis.
Barbecuing with a charcoal or gas grill is not allowed due to the thatched roof.

Von ihrer Ferienunterkunft aus gehen Sie auf der größten der nordfriesischen Inseln bequem auf Entdeckertour.

Die Region rund um den Ferienort List liegt am nördlichen Zipfel von Sylt und weiß viel zu bieten. Neben dem Hafen mit dem Fähranleger und der nördlichsten Fischbude Deutschlands empfehlen wir Ausflüge zur Königsbucht, zum Weststrand und natürlich zum Lister Ellenbogen.

Nicht nur die Strände entlang der Nordsee und das Wattenmeer haben ihren Reiz. So sind Attraktionen wie die Sylter Welle und das Sylt Aquarium in Westerland, das Erlebniszentrum Naturgewalten in List und der Tierpark in Tinnum stets einen Ausflug wert.

•from the 34th day before the start of the rental 80% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
•from the 44th day before the start of the rental 50% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
•before that, the general principle of 20% of the tour price applies plus 35 € fee
