The well-maintained villa is located in a quiet settlement slightly above the mountain and with a view of the nearby sea.
The house has a flat on the 1st floor consisting of a living-dining room with a sofa, 2 armchairs and 6 dining places, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a naja (a kind of winter garden) and comfortably accommodates 4 people.
On the ground floor at pool level there is a small granny flat consisting of a living/bedroom and another bathroom for 2 more people, ideal for sharing when the family is a bit bigger.
If necessary, the two sofas in the two flats, which are equipped with a sleeping function, can also be used as a place to sleep, so that there would be room for another two people. However, this use is more likely to be the exception.
For the little ones, there is also a foldable cot available.
In front of the granny annexe is the pool with outdoor shower and sunbathing area, which is protected from prying eyes.
On the side of the house is a sun terrace with stone furniture, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the settlement to the sea, as well as a covered outdoor seating area with 6 dining places behind the house, which invites you to breakfast, barbecue or dinner.
The car can be parked in the fenced yard, so that luggage and shopping do not have to be carried far.
The road with little traffic also serves as parking space or can be used for leisure activities such as badminton and the like.

The villa is located near the coast between Valencia and Alicante, at the level of the town of Denia, in the urbanisation Rafol D`Almunia, above the village of Rafol in the direction of the village of Pego.
The development is about 20 minutes by car from Denia and about 5 km from the beach.
There is a large shopping centre with many shops and restaurants, as well as supermarkets such as Aldi and Lidl, at the exit of motorway 7, which is 11 km away and which you can use to reach the house from Alicante or Valencia.
On the beach, there are lots of leisure activities such as kite surfing, jet skiing and others. The region also invites to great hikes or visits to romantic places or famous caves.
You have to experience the nightlife in the narrow streets of Denia. There are a lot of good pubs, restaurants, nice tapas bars and cosy pubs.

Excellent holiday
We come back to the same villa every year as we love it so much. It feels like we are coming home every time. The owners are an amazing and always at hand to assist with any query.
The villa has a lovely pool that can’t be overlooked by anyone and the views are breathtaking. It is equipped with everything you need which is ideal for anyone who just wants a relaxing holiday by the pool. You can dine outside in the sun or under shelter. Parking is within the grounds of the gated villa, so very secure.
Pego is about 10 minutes drive away and has several supermarkets. Denia is about 30-40 minutes drive and has a multitude of shops and restaurants and plenty of beaches. There is a shopping mall about 20-30 drive.

Great house
Beautiful house with great view. Contact with the landlord was excellent. The house is clean and the furnishings are good. We felt very comfortable. We would love to come back.

Let the soul dangle.
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Susi! The accommodation was not only impeccably clean but also perfectly equipped – we really lacked nothing. A special highlight was the private pool! The service was also excellent: a broken faucet was immediately replaced, so we always felt well taken care of. We can absolutely recommend Casa Susi and would love to come back!

Nice house with a great view
I felt very comfortable there again during my holiday. The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired. The pool is clean and not visible and from the terrace you enjoy a beautiful view over the settlement to the nearby sea. The fine sandy beach there stretches for many kilometres. From seaside holidays to hiking and sightseeing to enjoying the evening flair in the alleys of the small towns along the coast - there is something for everyone. I like to come back.

My family and I love to spend our holidays in Spain and were able to fulfil a dream with the villa a few years ago. However, since we are all still working and therefore cannot use the house often enough, we offer other families the opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday there.
