The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 2022 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. A locked storage room for bicycles is available free of charge.

Riva del Garda. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Ideal location for bike tours. Access is via a side road. Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning, underfloor heating. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.

Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (garden furniture). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer. Cooking nook in the living & bedroom with TV, dining area, (induction stove), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and access to the balcony.

Our holiday flat was just great. Very well equipped and tastefully and practically furnished. The landlord lives in the same house as the flat. This is by no means to be rated negatively.
We received a very nice welcome. He was more than helpful and also gave us lots of advice for excursions and shopping.
