The tasteful living room has an open fireplace as well as a Sonos sound system and a Smart TV of the latest generation, everything you need for relaxing hours. From the living room you also have direct access to the southwest-facing main terrace.
In the separate kitchen with its cosy dining area and newly designed corner bench, a noble metal cooker by La Cornue awaits ambitious hobby cooks with high standards. If you prefer to enjoy your meal outdoors, simply open the typical Frisian "Klönschnacktür" to the garden. There is also a large dining area on the adjacent kitchen terrace.

In addition to the entrance area with cloakroom, there is also a guest WC on the ground floor.
On the upper floor, the bright, spacious master bedroom with a large 2x2m double bed, TV set and en-suite walk-in dressing room offers you the perfect retreat for quiet and restful nights.
The modern, large bathroom meets even the highest demands with its corner bath, double washbasin with illuminated make-up mirror, WC and spacious brick shower with rain shower head.
If you do have to go about your work or would like a place to retreat, you will find the necessary peace and quiet in the study.

In the basement there is another, tastefully furnished bedroom with a double bed (1.80m x 2.0m) and TV set as well as the second, completely redesigned, bright bathroom with bathtub and brick shower.
Additional comfort is provided by the sauna room with Klafs sauna, relaxation loungers and B&O music system.
