This welcoming holiday home is located near Smidstrup Strand and provides a pleasant base for a relaxing stay by the sea. The house features an open-plan kitchen, which is well equipped with modern appliances including a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The adjoining living room is simple yet cozy, offering a comfortable space to gather, equipped with TV, radio, and internet access. For added comfort, the living area is heated by an energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate in every season. The property includes three bedrooms, making it suitable for both families and smaller groups. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third has a single bed. Well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. Two beautiful terraces. Quiet location. The bedroom with the large bed was a dream by Danish standards. Nice living area with a large TV. (also German programs) / The carport for the car is also great. / Three small suggestions for improvement: / - The toilet is very low (this can be unpleasant for older people) / - The distance from the sink to the faucet is minimal, making hand washing almost impossible (a higher faucet could help here) / - Extending the awning on the back terrace requires quite a bit of muscle strength and endurance! There is a cable present, but we did not find a switch.
