This architect-designed holiday home from 2022 with an outdoor hot tub and sauna is located in one of Rømø's most attractive locations, within walking distance of Havneby town center and close to the beach and nature. The holiday home is built with high-quality materials and furnished with modern and comfortable furniture. There is a lovely bright kitchen/family room with a dining area connected to the living room. From here, there is access to a beautiful, secluded and partially covered wooden terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, where you will also find the house's large outdoor hot tub, which is ready for use all year round. There are a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a sauna. The cottage is located in a beautiful plantation area with heather and lichen-covered dunes. The house has all modern conveniences, from a washing machine and dryer to electrical outlets for charging hybrid or electric cars.There are two popular beaches on Rømø. Sønderstrand, located about 1500 m from the cottage, has good parking facilities and is Northern Europe's widest sandy beach with ample opportunity to try go-karts and other forms of wind and water sports, as well as Lakolk Strand, which has a lifeguard tower that is manned during the daytime in the summer and good toilet facilities on the beach. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. Es könnte ein bisschen mehr Pflege bekommen. Es war alles sauber.Die Lage war für sehr gut , Bäcker Supermarkt alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Stromverbrauch ist durch den Whirlpool, der 24/7 geheizt werden muss, sehr hoch. Wir würden es nochmal buchen. Empfehlungen: Wir waren im März für eine Woche auf Rømø und haben die Ruhe ,das Meer und die Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund genossen. Empfehlenswert sind die Strände, die Dünen und der Bäcker.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, in guter und ruhiger Lage. Das Haus, besonders die Küche, sind gut ausgestattet, für volle Belegung könnte aber etwas mehr Besteck vorhanden sein. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die gemütlichen Betten. Highlight ist der Außenwhirlpool, der wöchentlich durch DanCenter-Mitarbeiter gewartet wurde. Für Hundebesitzer wichtig zu wissen: das Grundstück hat keinen Garten, das Außengelände ist eine Art Plantage, die nicht betreten werden darf. Super schön ist auch, dass ein Teil der Terrasse überdacht ist, so dass auch bei Regen draußen gegessen werden kann. Allgemein muss jedoch gesagt werden, dass bestimmte Dinge leider bereits defekt waren (z.B. ein Toilettendeckel, Sonnenstühle, Couch, Fenster etc.), wobei DanCenter sofort einen Handwerker schickte, was sehr lobenswert war. Zur Sauberkeit muss leider gesagt werden, dass es oberflächlich stimmt, aber auch Schrankfronten und Besteckkästen mal gereinigt werden müssten. Dennoch ein schöner Urlaub, wir kommen wieder. Empfehlungen: Klarer Favorit: Lakolk-AutostrandCafé Kaskelot im Norden der Insel (Weltbeste Zimtschnecken und super lieber Service)Strandsegeln in HavnebyZum Einkaufen sollte man lieber aufs Festland fahren, vor allem das â€Spar†ist alles andere als SPARsam

Sehr modernes Ferienhaus mit einigen Abzügen: Stromausfall, der nur am allgemeinen Stromkasten auf de Straße zu beheben war (Notfalltechniker kam erst nach über zwei Stunden), Whirlpool war für zwei Tage kalt (nach über 24h und 15 Anrufen im Damcenter kam ein Elektriker), Schlüsselbox bei Abfahrt defekt (nach erneutem Anruf im Büro wurde mit ein neuer Code übermittelt). Unabhängig von diesen Vorkommnissen ein tolles Haus und großer Küche und schöner Terrasse. Den ganzen tag auf der Terrasse, was bei den umliegenden Häusern nicht der Fall aufgrund von hohen Bäumen ist.
